      I have had similar problems with Upright Cane and Affirm. In order for Affirm to not charge me the price of my order $449.99 I have to get Upright Cane to cancel my order because Affirm has already paid for the scooter that I ordered. I did not receive the scooter, only the cane which was free with purchase of scooter. I have tried contacting Upright Cane both through email and phone calls to cancel my order. Upright Cane does not answer the phone - I was on hold for 1 hour and **************************************************************************** it would be another few minutes. I doubt very much they are answering the call. I have emailed several times and have gotten no response to my cancelling my order. As a result of this I will have to go to my bank to see what can be done to keep them from withdrawing payments from my account. This is fraud on both companies because I am sure that I am not the first one to complain about not receiving the scooter. They need to be stopped.

      i purchase a scooter in oct 2023 ,,, they took 600 out of my bank and i never got my scooter this company rips people off and they never answer the phone

      They are now using affirm and scamming you out of your money. They sent me a cane instead of a scooter that I paid $499 for and no one will answer the phone. And ****** says that because it said something was delivered that I still have to pay the $499

      They are thieves, lairs, con artists, scammers. I purchased a scooter @ $499.00 in red. It was purchased thru Affirm with 3 payments @ $179 month. I ordered it 12:14/23 , I received that the order was being processed. I then received a email 12/15/23 that it was being shipped to *** facility in Jamaica ** , I became suspicious because the store is in ************* ** which is 2 hours from where I live in ************* **. The order was in Jamaica ** facility for 3 days no movement. I made a call to the store was on hold for each call over ***** minutes, & still no answer ) On 12/26 I received my order( which was not the scooter) it was a folding cane which was worth $39.00 ( confirmed the tracking number which was sent to me via Upright I was told by Affirm that Upright Cane was paid the entire amount of $500 for the scooter, Im in the process of contacting the ******* Attorney General to report fraud & stealing from disabled & elderly individuals

      After 3 months of no scooter and scores of various attempts to contact the company, working with my postmaster to try to "find" the scooter they said they delivered, and fighting CITI bank to get my $600 back. I finally prevailed and was refunded back to my credit card. This company's business practice is fraudulant.

      12-3-2023Ordered a upright walker which guaranteed 2 day shipping to Ohio then moved to 12-14-23. The website would only accept payments through Affirm. 1st payment was taken off credit card still no delivery, shipping status states it was still in NY. 12-19-2023 we receive a walking CANE in the mail and email stating order delivered. The original tracking number and the package on the cane matched, so they never even shipped an upright walker. Now they won't respond to emails, calls and website says sold out. This company is complete scam!! Now we are fighting with Affiirm to refund and stop payments. Which they are not cooperating either, they just respond to contact the seller. Affirm is a scam also. ?? Consumers beware!!

      Never received my order. Waited a month for delivery that said 2 days. Dont buy anything from them.
