      Total scammers. I ordered and paid for a mobility scooter $ 550. and received a cane. Do not buy from these people. They do not answer the phone. And very vague replies to questions. I am putting a stop payment on my credit card.

      I ordered an Upright Cane March 2, 2023 on a promotion of 2 for 1 and paid $49.95. I received the 1st cane and as of Dec 1, 2023, have only received the 1 cane. Multiple emails to their Customer Service have yet to produce my 2nd cane. My first email resulted in a response that they were still waiting on more inventory. Each of my subsequent emails resulted in an auto- reply of "received" and nothing more. I feel victim to a scam and would not recommend ordering from this company.

      I ordered the upright cane that was offered as a BOGO special. Recieved one that is now broken! Have contacted the company numerous times. At first I got a messsge they were out of stock but it would ship soon. Now no answer at all. It’s been 3 months! Scam company.

      Absolute scam. Ordered a scooter but they sent a cane. Since they had delivery confirmation (for the stupid cane) they felt justified in charging $599.95.

      Complete Scam. They Send you a Cane when you order the scooter. Then completely disappear and no one answers the customer service line.

      If i could rate with a negative and a warning I would. On 09/16/2023 an upright cane was purchased for my grandmother who is six feet tall and struggles with the conventional cane. Supposedly it was left outside of our mailbox( our mailbox is the kind the whole neighborhood visits as they are all in one area off the street) on numerous accounts I have attempted contact with the company . They couple of time i have they ask me to look around outside .. I have asked for a new shipment, and expressing I will take by any means so this company does not take and mistreat another vulnerable person in need.. the company send out a lesser of *************** much like its been used already this company is nothing more then a fraud.

      UprightCane is a scam organization and Im surprised they still exist in light of the many complaints filed similar to mine. I ordered an upright scooter for $600 on October 31 for delivery in 2 days. Its now November 14 and no scooter has been delivered and all attempts to contact them are futile. With the order, for an additional $25 charitable contribution, they provided a free cane. The collapsible cane arrived in a bag in my mailbox. Without opening the package, Ill return what must be an inferior product. I plan to begin the process of requesting a full refund asap. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH Uprightcane They got one star only because this format requires an entry

      On 10/6/23 i ordered the upright ****** for $179.95 I had been following tracking daily and for weeks the tracking was still in distirution center n Jamaica **. Today I looked and it said out for delivery. I got the delivery in my mail box, a 3 part flimsy walking cane. I DID NOT order a cane!!! i ordered a upright ******. The company does not answer their phone AT ALL!!! this is a SCAM!! and i will not stop, as i purchased through Klarna.. their investigation is slow... I am so mad. and want my money refunded. please be warned and aware ************ is not legit.
