      As someone in their late 70s, safety is paramount. The Upright *******'s design keeps this in mind. It's steady, doesn't wobble, and the brakes are reliable. I deducted a star because it took me a while to figure out the battery charging, but their customer service was patient and helpful.

      I ordered an upright ****** and paid for it ****** and, I never received it. Their support team says it was delivered by the ** ************* and I got a report from **** that the item was not delivered like they claim. I reported the incident to the *** and will follow their directions on what to do. Upright Cane support staff say they're investigating

      I ordered a scooter with a 2 day delivery free 12 days ago I still do not have my scooter but they have charged my CC. The customer service line is never answered e-mail take at least 48 to 72 hours and all they say is they have read my E-mail no solutions.

      I am very frustrated. I ordered a mobility scooter for $599.95 on 9/18/23 and 12 days later, I have still not received it. It was guaranteed 2 days shipping. I did receive a cane in my mailbox which I did not order. I have emailed several times and called three times. Nothing has been resolved. I regret not reading the reviews on here before ordering from this company. If they ever make things right, then I will update my review. I'm so disappointed.

      AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! I wish this website had the option to give zero stars.My mistake was not checking online reviews before ordering. Had I seen they had an 'F' rating, I never would've dealt with them. Their website looks authentic, but they completely scammed me. I paid $179 for an upright ****** at the end of July, three weeks later I received a cheap folding cane that I didn't order or want, but never received the ****** I paid for. I have tried for two months to get them to either send me what I paid for, or refund my money. It's clear at this point they have no intention of doing either. Learn from my mistake and NEVER send this company a dime. I see there are a few positive reviews, they could be authentic or could be fake I don't know. But either way, it's not worth the risk. There are plenty of other reputable companies out there to buy from.

      I placed an order for the mobility scooter on Monday, Sept. 18, 2023 and the price of the scooter of $599.95 was taken out of my account. I was told by person taking the order that I would be provided a tracking number. After 4 days of not hearing from anyone, my sister sent an email to the customer support after I was unable to talk to someone at the phone number of ************ - I was on hold for almost an hour and then was hung up on. My sister received a response from Maxine who was with customer support. She apologized for the shipping delay and provided me with a tracking number. The scooter seems to be stuck in Woodridge, Illinois according to tracking. It has been 10 days since ordering and no confirmation of when I will receive my scooter. The website for Upright Cane says they ship from Ft. Myers, Florida? The website also says free 2 day shipping. Seems to be fraudulent advertising. Customer: ***** ***** - order # *****

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I'd give no stars if I could. I ordered a walker from Upright Cane and did not receive it. Apparently they were giving out free canes the day I placed my order and used SAME Tracking number for a 1.5 lb package (the cane) as well as the walker. Post office states this should NOT be done because then there is no way of tracking the walker because it shows with THAT tracking number, the small package was delivered. On the Upright Cane response, I keep getting a form email stating my package was delivered and to contact the post office, who keeps telling me same response "the company used same tracking number". I've attempted at least 12 times via phone and email to resolve this with Upright cane, waiting up to 45 minutes for them to answer their "customer service" number. I will probably file fraud charges and get my credit card company to reverse charges. In the meantime, my poor mother has been waiting for a walker for weeks. Shame on companies like this!!!!

      Does not meet any stars. Poor service Received cane later than expected. Returned cane early May. Told I would get me refund by June 20-23. Refund never received Does not respond to request/status for refund They took my money got their cane back and I’m out of my money! Do not order from them

      Upright Cane Company scammed me by sending a product that I didn't order. I ordered an Upright Walker to help walk after a major back surgery, and yesterday I received a UPS package with a Black Cane instead of the Upright Walker I ordered for $179.00. The Cane is priced at $34.99. When I called the company's phone number (the same number for ordering), the message placed me on hold 7 times for 40 and more minutes; then someone picks up the phone and disconnects the call. I went online to a support link, and filled out the information, and the response was someone would contact me 2-3 business days. After reading complaints on your site, there are complaints the same as mine. I'm out of almost $180.00 including shipping cost. I was instructed on Upright Cane site that delivery would be 2 business days. I am seeking a refund and that this company (Upright Cane Co)be investigated for scamming customers, and not answering their phones so customers can address their message. Please advise what will happen now. I'm thanking you in advance. This is ashamed! There's no personal information!
