      April 11th I purchased two airline tickets through Best Ticket Fare. I received a confirmation email from Best Ticket Fare employee Will ***** asking I call to confirm the details. He stated that one passenger was confirmed and the second was on standby. I asked for ticket numbers or airline confirmation. He stated the airline would automatically send the confirmation to me 3 days prior to our trip (May 7th). I stated that this seemed unusual and asked if he had any confirmation information from the airline that tickets had been purchased. He again stated we would receive confirmation 3 days prior to the flight. We received an email from Will April 15th stating the reservation had been cancelled and "We want you to reassure that no charge has been made on your card regarding this reservation for better understanding you can confirm it with your bank as well." We checked our credit card which has charged $440.48 on April 11th. All emails and calls to Best Ticket Fare and Will have been unsuccessful in achieving a refund, they deny the fraudulent charge and claim they do not have an airline confirmation number or ticket numbers, ***************** requires a ticket number to file for a refund.

      I am writing to report a highly concerning and potentially fraudulent experience with bestticketfare.com. On April 22, 2025, I booked one airline ticket to ******* for my daughter and received a booking confirmation. However, on April 22, 2025, I received a phone call informing me that the purchased ticket was essentially unusable (standby, no baggage). On top of that, "*******" (I doubt that it was his name) said that he cannot send me the ticket over to my email till 24 hours prior to the flight which may be or not on the dates requested and charged for. They aggressively try to upsell to a significantly more expensive "guaranteed" ticket with standard amenities, under the false pretense that cancelling would result in the loss of my initial payment. Despite my attempts to secure a reasonable flight, I requested to speak to a supervisor who presented me with the same options. I requested my ticket to be emailed & they refused to do so despite his booking policy stating that "your tickets will be issued once the payment is charged". I believe bestticketfare.com engages in bait-and-switch tactics and preys on customers through fear. I will be disputing the charges and urge a thorough investigation into their business practices.

      Bought 4 round trip airline tickets 4/12/25 on bestticketfare.com. with in a half hour, I was getting multiple calls from a "likely scam" site on my phone. I never answer calls referenced like this, but he left me a voice mail saying I need to call them back right away about my recent ticket purchase. When I called I was told that they had confirmed my tickets and just wanted to review the conditions. They told me that we would not be able to choose our seats and that we were not allowed any baggage. I stated that was not acceptable since we were going to be gone a week and obviously needed to bring a suitcase. He said he could move our tickets to ones that included carry on luggage for another $460 per ticket. I said no way. He then said he could put me on later flights with luggage for another $260 per ticket. I told him I was being scammed and wanted to talk to a manager. He put me through to a person that sounded exactly like the person I was just talking to. He repeated all the same things and said if I wanted to cancel that I would lose the $2200 I had already paid. After an hour and a half on this call, I finally was worn down and accepted the extra charges. I went online to check how much I could buy the new tickets for from ******* and found that I could buy them for $2195. I am being charged $1100 over that price. These people need to be put in jail. Now after reading other peoples posts I am worried that I may not have a flight even with the extra money. It is very embarrassing to get scammed like this.

      on april 11 i purchased 2 return tickets from best ticket fare .i didn't realize that the fare was in usd so the cost was the same as booking from the airline i called to cancel within 5 minutes of booking where they informed me that the tickets are non refundable and not able to purchase luggage from airline and my seats were not guarnteed and i could be bumped at anytime .i spent the evening with the trying to change my tickets so that i could purchase luggage they could upcharge 600$ usd so i could purchase luggage .i ended up going to the airport to see if there was anyway i was able to bring luggage and they said of coarse you can alwauys purchase luggage let me look up your flight (no flight booked) called back best ticket fare.where they told me of coarse you can always purchase luggage at the airport.tried to get them to refund me because i can purchase the same flight directly and get guarnteed seats with luggage for the same price they ask me to send screen shot of the prices i sent one for the 14 of april to may 1-3ish and then another one from the 15-to the 1-3 finally they said book it and we will refund the money when you send us a confirmation number i stated that if i book then you will refund my money yes we will from the 15 to no later than the 3rdwhen i sent the confirmation number they said that its the 14-2nd can't refund i say i sent you prices for the 14 and you said i could book it but i said the 15 to 1,2,3 no later i only could do it on the 15 then he changed that the 15 or the 16 would have okay and they are not refunding but we've tried to help you out

      ****************** Purchased a one way airline ticket through their website. Once ticket was purchased we were then informed that the NON refundable ticket was a standby ticket only and we would be notified of any changes. Within an hour, we were called and told that our flight was changed and we were randomly booked to another flight on another day. Upon calling service we were told we could still get the original flight, but now the cost would be much higher, but no refunds would be issued. Take the up charged rate or keep the next flight.

      We booked a flight through bestticketfare.com for $269.96. When we arrived at the airport we were told that we were NOT on the flight manifest for *****************. We called bestticketfare and we're told that our flight was changed to the following month unless we paid an additional $500 plus dollars. They have collected taxes and therefore have committed a federal crime!!We ended up paying for tickets directly though Frontier. ***************** could not find us anywhere in there system. Bestticketfare is a scam and needs to be stopped please!!

      I booked a flight from ********, ******, to *********, ****** for $1,045. After submitting the booking, I received a phone call from a representative of BestTicketFare who informed me of unacceptable conditions that were not disclosed at the time of purchase. He stated that I would not be allowed to bring anything with me in the plane, and that I would have no option to check in luggage. He said I cannot check in online, I have to go to the airport on the day of my travel on April 23rd and ask for a printed ticket. He did not give me a confirmation number, email, or anything to show that I have a ticket. I found it unreasonable to prohibit all personal items. Additionally, he informed me that there were no seat selection options and that I would automatically be placed at the back of the plane with no food or other services. I asked him to cancel the booking due to these undisclosed restrictions, the representative refused and stated that I would lose my money. Instead, he attempted to upsell me on an "upgrade" for $2,800+, which would supposedly allow me to bring a carry-on and possibly select a seat. I refused and ended the call, then immediately contacted my credit card company to stop the transaction, I was told that the charge has to go through and then I can dispute, so my credit company cannot stop the charge. The same representative called again a few minutes later and offered a "special deal" for $2,500+ with the same conditions. It became evident that this company engages in deceptive and manipulative tactics to pressure customersespecially targeting those they perceive as vulnerable, but I am a 70-year-old female and still working in a professional field. I believe that this company misleads customers into booking ********************** under false pretenses and then extorts additional money to provide basic travel necessities. I am seeking your assistance in recovering my full funds and in taking action against BestTicketFare to prevent them from scamming others.

      Thank you for the email. The business dropped the charges after three days and did not charge me. Obviously letting then know that I will not let them scam me and taking appropriate action by giving them bad reviews and letting my credit card company worked well.

      *************************** is where I purchased 3 tickets for travel in April 2025. As soon as I bought the tickets, the website showed a Booking ID and I called the ************************************************* ticket number. Here is what I told:If I can give this website a negative score I will. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. DONT EVER BUY AIRLINE TICKETS ON THIS WEBSITE. THIS IS ABSOLUTE FRAUD. GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY.1. NO CONFIRMATION email with Itinerary # or ticket #2. After you charge your credit card they will told me no luggage except for personal item. When I booked the travel dates and time on ***************** for the specified ticket clearly shows that they allow 1 carry on.3. Ticket is not confirmed until 24 hours before travel. Never ever heard of this trick. When you pay for the ticket is when your ticket is confirmed. But no these agent said "Ticket will be confirmed only 24 hrs before travel" event ***** you paid for it almost 3 weeks before travel.4. They say policy about luggage is written on their website. CANT OPEN THEIR WEBSITE. AGENT does not tell you where the policy is shown on the website. 5. Last One - They cannot gaurantee departure dates which is ridiculous. You purchase your ticket selecting a time and date and until 24 hrs before travel they won't confirm it and cannot gaurantee it will the same departure dates as selected originally.6. Please make sure you are not selecting "BESTTICKETFARE.COM" when comparing your ticket prices. The website is nothing but FRAUD.

      I am writing to report a highly concerning and potentially fraudulent experience with bestticketfare.com. On March 24, 2025, I booked two airline tickets to ******* and received a booking confirmation. However, on March 25, 2025, I received a deceptive phone call informing me that the purchased tickets were essentially unusable (standby, no baggage). I was aggressively upsold to a significantly more expensive "guaranteed" ticket with standard amenities, under the false pretense that cancelling would result in the loss of my initial payment. Despite my attempts to secure a reasonable flight, I was ultimately booked on an inconvenient itinerary originating from a distant airport. The representative also exhibited suspicious behavior regarding payment methods. My final cost doubled the original booking price. I believe bestticketfare.com engages in bait-and-switch tactics and preys on customers through fear. I will be disputing the charges and urge a thorough investigation into their business practices. I also noted a discrepancy in the credit card number used for the ***************** ticket compared to what I provided. The concerning experience with bestticketfare.com has been further validated by a call I received from ***************** today, March 26, 2025. They informed me that someone impersonating me attempted to fraudulently obtain free seat selections via their chat, falsely claiming my husband was disabled and providing a fake email address. Disturbingly, *****************' investigation suggests this individual is incarcerated. This explains the previous vague assurances from bestticketfare.com regarding seat selections and reinforces my belief that their business practices are highly suspect. I just hope I have a ticket when I get to the airport. My request is for the overcharges if I receive a valid ticket when I arrive at the airport. Otherwise, I will ask for the full amount.

      I did receive a phone call from the manager at BestTicketFare and they offered to refund my difference between the ticket and the charges they charged.  He apologized for the way his customer service person handled the purchase.  He stated that this is not how they do business.  ***************** contacted me with an offer to provide seats for each flight.  Overall, I am pleased with the response.  I do dislike that I had to go out of ********* for the flight but at least I had a flight to take.
