Legit scammers, asking to pay more for confirm tickets that have already been paid. I booked three tickets and they said its in the wait list and they treatened me for 0 refund by saying if I dont pay another 450$. I cancelled my card and they tried using my card for uber, amazon and other businesses.

TOTAL scam DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! They pull a bait and switch. You do not receive ticket through the online transaction. They call you and let you you know, you've booked a non refundable standby ticket (Not sure, I didn't take the time to read everything when I booked the flight). When you attempt to change the ticket, you will be charged excessively for their services. In my case I was charged $506.06 over the ticket cost of $1246.74. American Airlines should be more selective in who they allow to provide agency services. After ending my conversation I received dozens of calls. They had charges for multiple bookings pending on my CC. I eventually booked a higher price ticket with them just to end the saga. If anyone is interested in prosecuting this company or removing them from being able to service the public to protect future prospects. I have everything documented in detail.

Do not trust this company. I booked a flight (round trip) and got the processing booking# (copy and paste to my word document). I called to confirmed that they got my information and inquired about the actual reservation#. Come to find out that they discounted price I got is a "standby" flight and that I need to be flexible on my times and dates with this discount price. There's nothing on their website that says its a flexible flight/fare for $221.98. If its too good to be true, it isn't. I'm fighting with my bank to get it stopped. They haven't taken my money out yet but I'll do my best to get it back. I should of done my research!!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE! IT'S A SCAM! BAIT and SWITCH TACTICS are used! They get you to book cheap tickets and then inform you your tickets do not allow you to buy a checked bag! You just get seats! I asked to cancel and was told I would not be refunded and would also be charged $300 per tckt to cancel but he could upgrade my tickets for $2274, which would be fully refundable. So I thought I could just get a refund from United airline. The upgrade was posted in two transactions, but only one went thru - the one from United airline for $1357.58 went thru and the balance of $916.94 was declined. Spent 3 HOURS on the phone asking what the declined balance was for and he kept telling me that was for the return trip tckt. I called my credit card company who told me the approved transaction was legit and the other was declined as possible spam. I was trapped!!! United airline needed a confirmation number in order for me to see if I had tickets. The only way I could get the confirmation number was to pay the declined $916.94! if f I didn't pay it I would be out my airline ticket money! The decline amount was BestTicketFare fee which I will NEVER get back! There MUST be a way to stop these people!

Very bad business!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! On June 6, 2025 I booked a "On Way" non-stop, 2 hour flight from SRQ to CLT for my wife and myself for $328. I read all the Policies, Rules and Restrictions. Two days later they called and said only one seat was available. I told them that this was not acceptable. They tried to get me to fly a different day (not acceptable), fly from another airport (not acceptable), a layover flight that would take 7 hours to get home (not acceptable) and flights that were too early in the morning or too late at night (not acceptable). All I wanted is for them to cancel my my flight and credit my money back to me. No way would they refund my money. I talked to several agents and supervisors to no avail. This company will take your money without checking with the airline to ensure there are enough seats available.

SCAM - I'm surprised there's not more 1 stars honestly. First of all, their website is a bit tricky, I swear that I double checked my flight times before paying, then when I got the confirmation, the return flight was completely different. I chose 12:35 pm and it put me on a 7:58 am flight. I called their number to change the return flight time, I spoke with "*** ******" -with an Indian accent.... I told him the issue, and he said the return flight can be changed but it will cost extra because it doesn't fall within their special discount. I told him I thought the system changed my return flight without me knowing it and he said maybe there's a glitch in the system to which I replied that I should not have to pay for your glitchy system. I asked to cancel the tickets, and he said it's not possible because these were discount tickets, etc. So he put his supervisor on, and the supervisor said no problem he can change the time but it will cost an additional $180 PER PERSON (3 people). But, he was able to give me a $40 discount per person. The bill jumped from $590, to $1020. I felt like I had no choice because I could not cancel. While he put me on hold I called my credit card company and they said there was a charge for $430 that they denied due to suspicion of fraud, BINGO. I had them cancel my card, they said I can dispute the $590 when it posts, so I'm not out anything. When the ticket supervisor came back on the phone he said the charge was denied. I just played along and joked that maybe it was a scam. He wanted me to check with my bank, but I told him I would need to do it later, he said he would call back in a couple hours. BLOCKED!
