      I purchased 4 tickets for a flight in March ****. two for adults and 2 for children. Their website when purchasing the tickets does NOT state that seat selection is not included. I would have never purchased the tickets. This is my first time using a company like this. I would not use this company ever.. Stay away from this companies tickets and website. they should be taken down and never be able to operate. The supervisor i spoke with even agreed that the website does not disclose what is included in your ticket purchase. I had to pay $800 to cancel. $198 a person. This was the biggest waste of my money. We are not rich. $800 is a lot of money and for a company to rip people off like this is insane. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

      I would leave no stars if possible. We are retired and try to travel to Europe every year. My husbands grandparents were born in ****** and we love visiting their island of Kefalonia. Every fall I start researching flight deals from *** to ATH. The ticket costs for **** are nearly double what weve paid in the past. I research the common travel sites - Expedia, Kayak, Travelocity, ******, Booking, etc. plus the individual airlines that include ******, ******. This year I was directed to a site called Bestticketfares.com from gorilla flights. I found a fare that was a third less than prices Ive been seeing. The itinerary on KLM fit in with our plans so I bought the tickets. Later that day a person from Bestticketfares called me to review my purchase. He told me that baggage (carry on and/or paid checked bags) were not allowed with with tickets I bought. This information was not included on their website nor anywhere in the policies and restrictions when I bought the tickets.Here is the scam - he told me I would be charged $500 per ticket to cancel. OR, he could offer me tickets on Air Canada that allowed bags, costing $1200.45 more than my original tickets.Unfortunately I did not check out this website prior to purchasing these tickets - reviews on the site shared a common thread: Once the cheaper tickets are purchased Bestticketfares.com contacts the buyer saying that something is wrong or changed with the flights, or like with me, no bags included for a month long trip. After the customers emotional response, Bestticketfares.com comes to the rescue with a different ticket option, but always with a greater cost.I have registered a complaint about this travel site with BBB, consumer affairs and the **** I think it would be a great topic for your Points Guy site. I was lucky - my bank contacted me about the charge and we denied it so I did not lose money. Others may not be as lucky.
