  If -100 were an option, I'd do it. They use deceiptful tactics, false information, and top it off by adding a "price expires in 5:00 minutes" timer as you try to make a well thought out decision, and enter all your critical personal info, including your debit card, only to receive a call 30 mins later saying your reservation has not been confirmed yet, because you got a promotional price that is now no longer valid. But wait, we can still get you a ticket, oh, but sorry, it's going to be double the cost. And if you cancel, you will receive no refund at all due to the "Administrative Fee" in the fine print. I was able to beat the charge to the bank, and freeze my card. But not everyone is able like that. I also hold Kayak as partly to blame, who gave me options for 5 low-cost websites, one of which is the one I'm writing about, Bestticketfare.com. They're scammers plain & simple. Why would ***** even deal with these people?

  I STARTED TO READ THE REVIEWS. I CANNOT BELIEVE IT WOULH HAPPEN TO ME. THE **** AND SWITCH STARTS AT $363 THEN UP TO $577. THEY STARTED ABOUT BAGGAGE. SINCE WHEN YOU CAN'T TAKE BAGGAGE ON A PLANE! YES YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. THE AIRLINES FOUND A CASH COW WITH THIS ONE. I'M STILL ON HOLD. THEY WANT TO CHARGE A CHANGE FEE BECAUSE OF THEIR PROBLEM THEY CREATED. IF YOU CAN'T STAND BEHIND YOUR PUBLISHED FARE DON'T OFFER IT.

  ****Stay Away from www.bestticketfare.com****This company provided a deeply unsatisfactory experience. I encountered a bait-and-switch tactic where an initial low-cost rate was offered, only to be followed by a notification that the fare was subject to airline changes and required flexible dates. Upon requesting cancellation, I was instructed to contact the airline directly but was denied the necessary reservation number to do so. This lack of transparency and support is highly concerning.

  They put lower price air ticket on website, after you booked, they told you no such price available and charge me more than double price for my ticket. No refund no cancellation. It's like scam! I am trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

  HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Company! In reading the other reviews - our experience was similar. Spent 3 hours on hold - on the phone - with the same story. HUGE SCAM and dishonest! Offer low fare tickets - then keep sending emails having you call them to CONFIRM - when they keep saying they have to charge MORE money so you can have a checked bag - or a personal item - OR - guarantee the flight. Whatever excuse they can give you. Talked to an ******** Airlines representative - and he told us to ALWAYS book directly with the airlines. ******** Airlines was SUPERB! But this company should be BANNED from business. SO dishonest!! We are disputing the EXTRA charges they put on our card. NEVER use these guys! This company lies to you.   The company "Best Ticket Fare is a great big giant stinking scam. BUYER BEWARE!!! -DO NOT USE THEM! We booked two airline tickets to our destination for $461.24. In approximately 15 minutes we received an email from someone named Will ****** In the email he said, "Could you please give us a call at your earliest convenience. They went on to say, I need to confirm your flight details and update you on the terms and conditions associated with the discounted fare you selected on our website. So I immediately called him and he told me that because of our super discount that we could not bring a carry on bag for the flight. I asked if we could pay an up-charge and he said, "no, but he could upgrade us for a small fee." He also told me that we were on what he called flexible dates. He went on to explain that our purchase did not guarantee we would even be able to get on the flight. I was outraged by the bait and switch technique they were using and asked to cancel my reservation. He said, no but he could fix the problem. I asked how and he said that with a slight up-charge he could guarantee the flight and that we would be able to take a carry on. I asked how much and he said that the regular value of the flight was $1,200, but he could get me two tickets for $955.98. I put him on hold and went to ***************** website and found the exact tickets he was trying to sell me. They were listed for $326.00 per person for a $652.00 total. He was trying to sell-up tickets for a total of $1,417.22. Well, of course, I told him no, and to cancel our reservation. He said he couldnt do that. Their policy is no refunds. I said, we just made this reservation 25 minutes ago. He said, he was sorry but that was their policy. So we called our bank and the payment was still pending. We told them to stop the payment. We still dont know if that worked or not. Theres more to the story but I think you get the point. This company is not to be trusted. Avoid them at all costs.

  Scam alert. I booked a flight for $537 and my credit card was charged. Then I get a call saying that was a promotional fare and it's no longer available and my new price is $887 and they could give me a confirmation number right away. I said no thanks and i'm withing 24 hrs so just can as I can find a price close to my original fare and will book elsewhere. Said they don't have a 24 hr cancelation policy and they can't refund any money. I said well I will dispute with my credit card company as I'm not throwing good money after bad. Hope I win my dispute. They have a BBB rating of "F". Beware!
