      Attempted to book an international flight to ****** and back then I receive a call being notified I cannot bring ANY luggage until I pay them another $1k to "allow" check in luggage and carry on. No one I spoke to on the phone is American. Their speech is indicative of scams.

      This company practices BAIT AND SWITCH. They reel you in with one price and then offer you a higher price once they contact you.

      This organization is practiced at "bait and switch" tactics that clearly violate ** consumer laws. I attempted an on-line purchase of an airline ticket at their advertised price. After placing my order I called to confirm my purchase as I didn't hear from them. Upon calling I was told that I would need to pay nearly the price of the ticket $352 to bring luggage with me. Several hundred dollars for luggage fees is clearly excessive and when I objected, they then attempted to barter with me suggesting they would attempt to get a better deal for me. Suffice it say that in over 40 years of traveling, I never experienced this type of effort to extract more money from me. I could hear other voices in the background of my call busily working the phones with other concerned customers.I was then informed that my credit card payment could not be refunded at which point I called the credit card company to assure the payment was not made to them. Reprehensible behavior like this should be prosecuted. Other reviews report similar scamming. They deserve an "F" as shown in BBB's rating....and a trip to jail.

      Like my mom always told me, some things are too good to be true and this is one of them. I've had the same experience as others reviewing - very misleading and missing information on their website. When I received the confirmation email, the typos in the email were my first sign. I called them right away to make sure that the ticket was actually booked. Here's the message: "Here,s your flight itinerary. please retain this information code to reference your booking. we look forward to seeing you onbord.NOTE : We are handling your reservation and will send you a confirmation email once the booking is confirmed and a ticket has been issued. Please note that your purchase will be completed only when the ticket has been issued. Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed.In case of fare change, schedule change or change in availability of seats, we will contact you and offer alternate options.In case of payment authentication failure, you may receive a call or an email from us within 24 hours for payment verification. In this case your e - tickets will be sent post card verification only."All typos and spacing are theirs, not mine. Anyway, I spoke to a very rude woman who told me that this would not include any checked bag or carry on luggage. No where is that mentioned on their website before booking. And, it's not even possible to pay more at the airport to add a checked bag! When I inquire about rectifying the issue and spoke to the manager, he said it would be $139. I thought, great! Even cheaper. Nope. That was an ADDITIONAL $139. I told him it was cheaper on the airline's website and I would just book it there. Then I called my credit card company, explained the situation, and they were more than happy to make sure the charge was not processed. Also, unlike airlines who have a 24-hour cancellation policy, this website has a NO REFUND policy and planned to charge me the original fee regardless.

      Total scam!!!! When I booked this flight on the website it cost $440.00. I got an email stating that I had booked my ticket and if I did not hear from them, I should call so I did. I was then told that the flight i had booked was full but they could book me at a different time for $660.00 more than what it would of cost to book directly through the airline. I also was told I had a nonrefundable ticket so it was either loose my $440.00 or pay $660 for another flight. I had no choice but to buy for them or lose my money. Never again!!!!!!

      Selected a round trip ticket. Received a call from BestTicket to tell me I could not take any carry-on items, could not check a bag. I said I would purchase at the airport from the carrier (Delts). Said the airline would refuse to sell me that. Told I had to upgrade my ticket (bait and switch). I said just cancel the entire deal - I'll book with someone else. We told the ticket was "use it or loose it - no refunds". I was forced to purchase the upgrade doubling the price I was orginally quoted.Total scam.

      They don't even deserve my one. I was looking for tickets to fly home to Jamaica for a funeral. I have never used this service and after what I thought was my making a purchased, I noticed that the funds were not taken out. I went back to my email and saw that the booking was in progress, and I actually did not have a ticket. I called the next day and was being directed to a booking agent. Long story short the booking agent explained to me that I have a discounted ticket and there are restrictions on that ticket including: nonrefundable & no carryon or checked bags. At this point I asked why I cannot have a carryon I'll be away for almost a week to which she tried to tell me prices for carryon luggage. When I looked up the price of the flight on other search engines the difference is not by much and they were transparent about their dealings. Because my card had not been ran for the purchase, I immediately lock my card and call my bank. I never had this issue before; I always purchased my tickets online. Usually, I got my itinerary with all my information about my flight which is what alerted me to this scam. Be careful and stick to your usual way of getting your ticket.

      booked 3 tickets online through the website. Got a call later the same day & they told me with the tickets I booked I could not take any luggage or bags on the flight. I asked about checking a suitcase & they said with the cheap tickets I purchased that I could not even pay to check a bag. The tickets were to fly on American Airlines. They wanted me to upgrade to the main cabin for $298 more per ticket to be allowed to bring luggage, or change my flight dates. Even changing dates the price was higher. They said I was not able to cancel the purchase when I asked. After some discussion I asked the lady to speak with a manager & she told me there isn't one available. Soon Cody came on the line claiming to be the manager. He explained that my seats purchased were less than American Airlines basic economy seats & no bags could be brought on the flight & no checked luggage could be paid for with out up grading. FYI: Basic Economy is American Airlines cheapest seat & you can have a carry on in them seats, according to them. When I told him I was not paying him more money he said he would process & send me my tickets & confirmation within the next 24 hours. Almost exactly 24 hours later the same lady calls & says because I did not confirm they canceled my tickets. When I told her that I did confirm with her manager she wanted to argue. I told her to pull the recorded phone conversation, that she would not do, & she would have the confirmation from her manager telling me he would send them to me in 24 hours. Bottom line they did not send me the tickets & I had to call my cc company & cancel my card. This site is a SCAM!!! I should have checked the reviews first & listened to them. I gave them the benefit & got burned!! I would leave ZERO stars for this company but they make you pick 1.
