  I just recently contracted with *** to get rid of a timeshare that was becoming more than I could handle. Everyone so far has been great. They took a lot of time hearing me out and answering my questions. I like that there's a moneyback guarantee. I feel like I can't lose.

  Hearing about the countless scams out in the world and having a personal experience of family members being scammed by a timeshare exit company, I was REALLY leery and skeptical about signing a contract with ACA. However, the experience with the representatives that I have spoken to have been great. They were very patient and helpful. I liked how they were not pushy or forceful, which is a major turn off for me. They made me feel like they are really here to help me and that my opinions and feelings mattered. So…, I took the first step and began the process. I can’t wait until I am freed from the timeshare.

  We had our initial contact today. Each person was professional and explained issues and options clearly. We were looking to divest ourselves of 2 timeshares. Our senior advisor listened to our reasons carefully and gave unique treatment to each. He directed us on how to handle relinquishing one of the properties on our own without any legal cost to us. I have initiated that course and will await its outcome.He presented the second property to their legal team and they agreed to take on the process of terminating that contract. That process has also been initiated. The total cost was clearly spelled out. It is not an insignificant amount, but will result in less stress in our lives and in the lives of our children over time.I am optimistic that in a few months, both properties will no longer be our responsibility. I am pleased with the work of one afternoon.

  ACA Group was very easy to work with it. It only took me about 9 months to get out of my timeshare. Although, a little pricey, it was well worth what I was going to have to spend for the duration of the timeshare as maintenance fees continued to rise higher and higher. The group guided me through every step, kept me in constant contact with them, and let me know what was transpiring through it all. They were very personable and willing and ready to answer all of my questions. The only regret I have is not contacting them sooner.
