    I ordered a watching sweatshirt set for myself and my daughter and never received it. Its been over a month. I never received a confirmation email from the company so I dont have an order number. Id like to be refunded.

    via FedEX.

    We did send an order confirmation email on 11/15 when the customer placed the order. We also sent shipping notification emails when each shipment was mailed. See screenshots provided. 
    Please note the customer is requesting reimbursement of $150. However, the order total is only $108.97 as the customer used Discount Code: BFACCESS during the checkout process which took off $19.99
    off the order. We are happy to accept a return for the items in this order.

    December 7 the total of cost about $150 I try to return the items and don't let me, I tryed tal call there is not number showing up. I send e-mails and I diodn't receive any answer, I need help to be an contact with this company "Mia Belle Girls"

    This is not accurate. We have provided the customer with 15 separate **** return shipping labels to return the items that are eligible for return back to us. Please note 2 returns for this order were initiated on 12/7
    and the remaining 13 returns were initiated one by one by the customer on 12/9, yesterday. I am unsure why this dispute was opened. When I track all 15 returns using the **** website, there is no tracking that 
    indicates the customer has mailed any of the items back to us.

    Returned dress per instructions at **** (*********, **) on 11/9/25. No refund has been issued yet I have contacted *** on two separate occasions and no one has replied to me.

    I see that return tracking says this return was delivered to us on 11/8. However, we did not receive it. 
    Because return tracking shows you did ship the return  back to us, I have manually refunded this order in full

    I ordered 7 outfits. received 2, package was tore apart and retaped on the side. the package shows 7 items in package but only 2 were there as well the packing slip was missing. The shipping company says the package was delivered. I tried to contact the company to no avail they don't respond to emails. I bought these outfits for my grand daughter as a birthday / school recital gift (loves dresses) which is on 12/9/24. All I want is my money back or the items resent. A good idea would be for them to hire someone to take care of their emails. It would make for a lot more happy customers and a phone # would help. Tried 2 emails about ready to do a third.

    Hello This is the second time I contact BBB about that same seller. BBB did help me on my last inquiry and soon as I sent my complain to them, the seller **** ******************) who was ignoring my multiple emails just started answering them and being cooperative. I was able to receive my refunded money.I am now writing about an other order I have placed using the money of the returns that Mia ****************** sent after BBB got involved. I would never buy from that merchant again in the future because the customer service is just so bad, however, the only way they would send my money back is through a store credit which I used to order a few ********* item I ordered was supposed to be delivered on Nov 21. I have waited an extra week before to start emailing them. Two emails already but no answer.

    I am not sure what this customer is talking about. The customer order number she quoted is an exchange order. Not an order they paid for. However, 
    the order shows in our system as canceled due to the customer requesting to cancel the exchange order. Therefore, the original order item from order L76417 
    was refunded. I am not sure why a dispute was opened. We never provided a store credit for a return. She chose exchange for the return, then requested to cancel the exchange, 
    which we did and issued a refund on the original order.

    the business (*** *****) did reply to me and they said the item was out of stock. They sent a  gift card with the amount of the item. 
    Will use the card to order an other item and if there is any problem down the road, I will let you know.

    This website is a joke. I attempted to complete my purchase with 4 different credit cards under 2 different names and was told due to my failed attempts I could not purchase. Use a different card. Same results each time/card I used. Will never attempt to purchase anything from there again.

    I placed an order on October 18, 2024. I returned an item from the order which was received by the company on November 4, 2024 which tracking confirmed. I contacted the company regarding my refund on November 12, November 19, and November 25. I still have not received my refund. It has been 26 days and that is excessive.

    The customers version of events are not accurate. The customer chose to receive a gift card for their return. 
    This return was processed over a week ago and a digital gift card for 20% over what the customer paid for this item was issued and emailed to the customer more than a week ago. 
    I have now canceled that gift card and issued a flat $28 refund for this item.

    I ordered 5 items from Mia Belle Girls on 9/15/24. One of those items was a ****** ***** Midnights Costume and was shipped separately from the other items I ordered. I received the other 4 items but the Midnights costume was delivered to the wrong parcel locker in my neighborhood and was never recovered. I filed a claim with **** along with emailing Mia Belle Girls. Because it takes so long for them to respond back I ordered ANOTHER midnights costume for my daughter and was hoping theyd provide a refund or credit for the one that was missing because WHY WOULD ANYONE NEED 2 of the same costume?! I also live in ******* and had direct impacts from Hurricanes ****** and ****** so my last email to them was delayed. Im understanding but come on Refund me the money, this is ridiculous. First order #: L51803 DID NOT RECEIVE MIDNIGHTS DRESS AND REORDERED ON..2nd order #: ***** I RECEIVED

    I ordered clearance clothing for my granddaughter. She wears a size 6. On two of the outfits, the size was changed to 5y. This sale says they are not returnable or exchangeable.I did not check the order before submitting to verify correct sizes - I know I submitted them with the size 6 not 5.I wil never buy from this company again.

    First, let me start by saying this dispute never had to be opened. There is no incoming communication at all received from this customer. 
    The customer claims that the size she ordered was changed. That is absolutely UNTRUE> The customer ordered 2 outfits in size 6Y and 2 outfits in size 5Y.
    We do not change sizes for any order unless the customer requests us to do so. Several items in this order were purchased as "FINAL CLEARANCE" Items not eligible for return. 
    This was stated clearly on each item listing. The customer never contacted our **************** Team to request an exception for her to return the items. 
    I have manually initiated a return for all 3 items that were delivered to the customer, for a full refund. As there is an open dispute I have also canceled and refunded the last item 
    which was ordered as a "Pre-Order Item" We are happy to issue a full refund for the items pending they are all in brand new, not worn, not used, not laundered, selling condition
    with all Mia ****************** hang tags still attached.

    I placed an order with Mia Belle girls on September 25. They charged me for my order but according to thier portal it was never fulfilled. I have tried contacting them numerous ways and no response.
