    On 9/26/24 I ordered a pair of girls dress shoes (order L59533), I paid a total of $31.99 (4.99 was shipping). I still have not received them. I reached out in October and heard back on 10/21 with an email stating the flood held them up but got confirmation of shipment on 10/24 stating a DHL tracking number. I replied the other day and still havent heard back. Today I called *** and they told me they arent managing that order that June ******* (?) is and they gave me a number which was disconnected. I searched for a customer service number for *** ****************** of course they dont offer one. I looked up the owner as RNA Group and called the owner of that company and left a message. Can I have the shoes?

    My return was received at the delivery location on 10/29/24. I had to contact the business for an update on the status. I was told it is the processing stage on 11/4/24. Again, no communication from the business on my return. It was unopened and never worn because my daughter changed her mind on the Halloween costume. I reach out again 11/12/24 for an update. It has been 2 weeks since my item was received at the delivery location and had there not been initiation on my end, I wouldnt have any communication. Please issue my store credit.

    The customer's version of events is not accurate. This return was processed on Monday 11/11 for a digital gift card.

    During peak Holiday Season our returns processing times can be delayed. However, this gift card was emailed to the customer a few days ago already.

    On September 26th I ordered my daughter a Wednesday Halloween costume size 6 and a Wednesday hand to go along with her costume. order number L60717. The ordered arrived on October 5th. Unfortunately her dress was to big so I asked for a return and sent the dress back to post office. I sent a email on October 17th asking when I was receiving dress because I needed it by Halloween. I received a email stating I would receive the dress by Halloween. A few days before Halloween I decided I would buy a dress somewhere else. I emailed *** belle and they told me I would a full refund of ***** 3 to 5 business days. That email was sent to me on Oct. 28th I have not received a refund. I have emailed the company now several times and they are not responding. I would like a refund to make this right.

    Good Morning. 
    The information provided by the customer is not accurate. 
    Our return authorization email states that refunds will be received 5-7 business days, AFTER the return has been processed. 
    However, when I look at the return for the Wednesday costume in order L60717 It shows as processed and refunded. 
    I could not however, locate a return request for the "Thing" Hand. Therefore, I manually initiated a return for it, and then processed that as well. 
    This may be why your return was delayed in being processed.

    This company has now made this right by sending me a return. This return was only given to me after the fact I reported it the Better business Bureau. If the return was supposed to be given in 5 to 7 business days why did I place the order on September 26th and did not receive a return until October 31st? Thank you for finally returning the money I paid over a month later.

    I received this order October 5, 2024 and promptly returned it for store credit. I have tried on several occasions to contact this company vie telephone and email and have not received a store credit as of today, November 1, 2024. The tracking information indicates that this item was delivered back to the company 3 weeks ago today. So obviously they received it back and have are refusing to issue my store credit. The item was unworn and all label were attached. It was taken out of the box, inspected and returned. It was never even tried on and returned due to poor material quality.

    Placed an order beginning of Oct. have yet to receive tracking asked multiple times finally get response and am being told it wont ship till mid January. That was not noticed when ordered or I would not have made the purchase. Kids grow so fast my child will not be able to wear it then Im sure. I want a full refund. Im tired of waiting long periods for a commuter generated response. Also why charge someone if you arent shipping for over 3 months!

    The customer purchased a "PRE-ORDER ITEM" and the product detail page explained this. The product detail page 
    also clearly states the item was not expected to be shipped until "Mid-January" under the "Add To Cart" button. 
    Also, none of the replies we sent were computer generated. The replies sent were from a **************** Team Member 
    who also explained the swimsuit was ordered as a pre-order item not expected to be shipped until Mid January. 
    We have now canceled this pre-order item and issued a full refund.

    The business transaction was on September 17th 2024. The delivery date was promised for October 18th 2024. My credit card was charged $41.98 on September 18th 2024 by Mia Belle Girls company. I sent an email to the company on September 18th 2024. I also called and left messages on 2 phone numbers found online. None of the voicemail say anything to identify Mia Belle Girls Company. **************************** I have called & left messages on those numbers 10/18/24, 10/19/24, & 10/21/24. No one ever answered. On 10/19/24 I received an email from Mia Belle Girls with a tracking #. On 10/21/24 i received an email from the company saying I can now track my package and some excuse about Hurricane ******. When attempting the tracking it seems they just printed a label but have not attempted to send the product. Oct 19 CARTERET,**,07008 Shipping label created, **** awaiting item Oct 27 CARTERET,**,07008 Arrived shipping partner facility, **** awaiting item. your item arrived at a shipping partner facility at 4:18 pm on october 27, 2024 in ********, ********. a delivery date will be provided when **** receives the package.Soon this will not make it in time for the wedding. I sent them another email today 10/27/24. I would love a resolution and a delivery.

    This is just totally untrue.

    This order was shipped from our overseas fulfillment center. However, because the package required US Customs clearance, and then a hand off from customs to ****, there may be several days 
    without tracking when tracking it on the **** website only. Please find the link above where you can see daily tracking scans for this order. 
    When I track this order on the **** website this morning, it shows as currently "OUT FOR DELIVERY" today

    I am rejecting this response because: I am satisfied I received the product but am unsatisfied with the customer service **** this company. I would love to know how my statements seemed untrue when I was withheld the information that it was shipped from *****. You also were late on sending the product as it was promised to be at my delivery address on the 17th. That never happened so I sent an email. Is any of that untrue?! I would like to settle this with BBB. But I will be absolutely writing some negative reviews. I would suggest this company work on some customer service options.

    Ordered from this company and I ordered 2 pairs of boots which havent been shipped yet. I wants to change the size ordered. I have seen them 6 emails trying to get them to respond so I could change order. I have also called their number listed in *************. And of course if goes straight to voicemail I have called and left 2 messages without a callback

    I ordered a dress on 10/12. Estimated shipment date 10/21. I did get an email on 10/21 that the dress had shipped but every day it says **** is waiting to actually get the item indicating it hasn't shipped out. There is no number to call on the website- there is only an email address which doesnt get responded to promptly. This was a halloween costume and unacceptable I can't get an answer on when this will arrive. I am unclear if this is a legitimate company?

    Transaction: 10/11/24 Contact Attempt #1- Emailed Customer Support on 10/16/24 because item was still not showing as shipped and I wanted updated shipping information. Contact attempt #2 - 10/23/24 I emailed Customer Support again as the website says that it is On its way but still preparing for shipment. This was a costume for my daughters birthday party and due to the companys lack of response and shipping updates I am now having to go purchase a different costume. To not respond to your customers is terrible customer servicealso to continue to market yourselves as arriving by Halloween is a scam.

    I ordered a halloween outfit ($36.18) and boots ($58.80) on September 16, 2024, order number L52538.The outfit was delivered on September 21, 2024, the boots have not been delivered.I have contacted Mia Belle Girls by email a total of six times. I can not get anyone to contact me regarding the boots expected delivery or refund.
