Transaction date: 10/4/24 Amount: $30.61 I placed an order for a Halloween costume on 10/4. The product said it was in pre-production with an expected ship date of 10/11. I emailed customer service on 10/14 asking for an update and only received a computer generated response. The email stated to reply yes if you needed addition assistance so I took that action. Again, no response. Their site states they are receiving a high volume of emails (probably because they are not updating their customers) and to expect a response in 2-3 days. Ive been waiting 5 days with no update or resolution. The lack of customer service and basic communication is appalling and unethical.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:The order was canceled and refunded after this message was sent. 8:06 am on 10/21 to be exact. No proactive communication or action was provided by the company so their resolution is deceptive. They didnt respond to my multiple attempts at resolution or to just receive an update. Id like my order and to know when to expect it, not just a cancellation email. If you cannot fulfill your original timeline, an update to the consumer is a basic business practice. If you cancel, a note with an explanation is also expected.

I am rejecting this response because: deceptive communication.You did not resend a cancellation email. This is the first Ive been notified the order is canceled after 3 attempts for an order update or any communication from the business after missing the ship date.
I have all emails and am happy to submit to BBB for further review. A photo of the cancelation email the business is referring is attached.

I placed an order on 8/23 for several items. I understood that various items would be delivered at various times because of pre-order, over seas order and whatnot. 1 of the items had a ***** ship window. It has been 8 weeks since I ordered. I emailed them 10/11, 10/15 and 10/18 with questions regarding this item. No response.Business Response

Good Morning. We apologize for any misunderstanding.
In researching order #L37787 I see 11 items were ordered.
10 out of the 11 items have been confirmed as delivered on different dates and by different shipping carriers.
I did see that 1 item had not been shipped: Girls Cutie Cat Embroidered Sweatshirt
I found that our system sent an email regarding this item on September the 9th explaining that this item was no longer available and was out of stock
That email contained a link where customers can choose either a refund or a store credit for 20% over what was paid for the out of stock item.
It looks like maybe the email was somehow missed in their inbox by the customer. However, I have now canceled this item and issued a full refund for it.Customer Answer

My order was placed on 10/4 for my daughters Halloween Costume. I have not received any order updates and have emailed asking for assistance with no response. My daughter is so in love with this costume and I would like for it to be shipped **** with guaranteed delivery before Halloween. I ordered my daughter's Halloween costume on September 15th with an ETA of October 15th. It's now 10/17 and I haven't gotten an updates. I am rejecting this response because: your business continues to be very deceptive. Not only have you never refunded or cancelled my order, someone responded back to me today saying the order is on the way, but the screenshot I have provided shows it has not shipped yet. I'm in the freight business, you can not blame the hurricanes on this as they have been minimally disruptive to Florida supply chains. Shame on you considering the damage done to other parts of the country that you are taking advantage of.I will be reporting this transaction as fraudulent to my bank. I like to support small business,but the lies are extreme and the fraud and or incompetence even more bizarre.

I purchased s Halloween costume for my daughter on Mia Belle Girls website on 9/30/24. I paid $60.50 via my credit card. After 3 weeks no delivery has been made. I have emailed their customer service email 5 times requesting order status details without response. No phone number listed on their website, and when I call the number on the BBB site it says no longer in service. When I called the phone number listed on my credit card statement it's for a completely different company "Miami water services." I continue to receive marketing emails from the company, but there is 0 customer service and I have yet to receive my product. I request a 100% refund and I also would like BBB to look into shutting this false company down.Business Response

The customer's version of events are not accurate.
Our **************** Team replied to her emails explaining that we could not locate an order in our system with the email address she provided.
However, that is because there are 2 separate accounts created on our website by this customer. The email address that she contacted us with shows this
person as a customer for 10 days that had never placed an order with us.

I placed my initial order September 2nd, to have waited over 45 days for my order to arrive only to see the wrong item was sent. There is no customer service number to call, only email which I had sent an email to customer service explaining the issue over a weeks time. This is for Halloween and an upcoming event therefore no time to re order, which customer service didnt even offer that option to try and remediate the issue by resending the correct costume, I was told to return the item which then said was ineligible for return. This was then escalated to a supervisor who did finally approve return of said ineligible item however at my expense to ship back. Requiring a consumer to pay shipping at no fault if their own is unacceptable. I would like my order refunded in its entirety. As a business when the error is made on your side it would behoove you to remediate the situation so as to not loose future customers. Unfortunately this was a terrible experience.Business Response

The information provided by the customer is totally inaccurate. We provided the customer a link to our Customer Return Portal on several different occasions via email.
The customer in the end never initiated the return for this order, and basically just demanded we provide her with a full refund and she keeps the item. Please see screenshots.
We do not charge customers for returning orders. Our return portal emails each customer a USPS prepaid return shipping label once the return has been initiated.
We do not issue full refunds for orders because a customer receives the wrong items. These items must be returned.
As the customer chose not to initiate their return, I have initiated the return of this order on her behalf. Please find the attached USPS prepaid return shipping label
and return authorization barcode form that should be included with your return items. Your return information and instructions, return label and return authorization form
has also been emailed to you. Once we receive this return back in brand new, not used, not worn, not laundered, selling condition we will issue a full refund.Customer Answer

I ordered 4 dresses on 9/24. As of 10/16 I have only received 1 of the dresses. Another one has shipped but hasn't moved from ******* since the shipping info started. The other 2 dresses haven't shipped at all. I was hoping to have these for Halloween and now I'm getting nervous. The delivery time was supposed to be ***** days and it has been 3 weeks and half my order hasn't even shipped yet.
