I placed an order on 9/16 for a Halloween costume plus the wig. I received the wig, shortly after my order but as of today 10/23, I have not received the remainder of my order. Online tracking shows the ordered is still waiting to be fulfilled. I have tried emailing multiple times without any response. This is very poor customer service on their end. To still be waiting for my item for over a month is unacceptable.Business Response

I have canceled the costume and issued a refund for that item.
However, I did not see that a return was initiated for the wig in our return portal.
I have manually initiated a return for the wig a moment ago. Please find the attached prepaid **** return label and a return authorization
barcode form that should be included with the return. Once we receive the wig back we will issue a full refund for that item.
Please note that we are not able to accept returns for items that have been worn, used, laundered or are no longer in selling condition.

I placed an order on 9/23 for a Halloween costume. It was originally said to ship on 9/24, but did not ship until 10/12. When I emailed and inquired, I never received a response. When the costume finally arrived, it smelled horrifically like dead fish, to the point it couldnt be worn. Additionally, the costume comes with a headband, which came snapped in half. The lights on it are also broken. I, again, emailed the company and got no response. Additionally, their website return center states this costume cannot be returned which seems extremely unfair since it came to me broken.Business Response

I placed an order on Wednesday, Oct 02. Hello, I placed an order with Mia Belle Girls for a Halloween Costume on September 28, 2024. It was guaranteed delivery prior to Halloween. I have checked the website repeatedly and my order is still unfulfilled even though expected delivery was October 4, 2024. I have emailed the company numerous times and have not received a response. I have tried calling to no avail and there is no other way to contact them. I hate to file a complaint, but with no information and no response from customer service for almost 2 weeks I dont know what else to do. I want the item I ordered delivered and before Halloween as guaranteed on their website. In fact, they still guarantee Halloween delivery as of today.Business Response

I have ordered two flower girl dresses in late August.the items took ages to show up. Thats not the big issue thought..Order number L *****. Both dresses do not fit my daughter and I returned them for a store credit with *** ***** as per their return policy.and using their return label provided by email.The **** label tracking number shows delivered to the *** Belle address.I emailed them- several times to ask about the returned items so I can use that money toward other purchases but not a single answer.
