    I ordered 3 nightgowns for my granddaughters in 3 different sizes. I received ONE gown. I have communicated 4 different times with my order # and have not received a response. I want a refund on the other 2 gowns. Its upsetting b/c the gown is the cutest & her sisters keep asking me their gowns are. Ill never order again!

    I am very disappointed with the communication of this company. We ordered a dress for my daughters birthday months in advance with a shipping date that would had the dress in plenty of time. We still have not received notification of shipment after weeks have passed since the given shipment date. We have sent multiple emails with no response. The customer service for this company is ******* and sad. This is not worth the money, time, and energy we are putting into it. I highly discourage anyone from buying from this company.

    Ordered 9/18/24 with delivery date of 10/3/24. No delivery and now they wont respond to emails. They can send me multiple daily promotional material but they cant respond to an email. Never have I experienced frustration like this when ordering online.

    There is no communication with this page. I sent emails with pictures but still have not received a response. I purchased a few things and did not received the items stated, my daughters birthday is coming up and nothing is resolved so she will not be wearing the unicorn outfit because the wings arrived broken and the dress does not look like the one in the picture.

    This company is a fraud. I ordered a dress in August and their tentative date of delivery was Sep 27 which is not delivered. I am not able to track as it is showing that the order is still processing. I can not contact them except email. I have not gotten any email answer from them. I have paid for nothing and feeling mentally harassed. I want my money back and would never stop from them.

    Absolutely love this yellow swimsuit! I buy a different color every year. I plan on ordering the hot pink next! Such a fun suit and its true to size!

    I ordered multiple products and spent over$300. Most of the products were cheaply made and not worth the money I spent. I returned three separate packages of clothes. I received my refund for two small packages. I'm still awaiting a refund for one package of four returned clothes. According to the tracking information, return should be processed infive business days. It has been more than 5 business day, since they picked up the package in *******; I still haven't received my refund. I left two voicemails on the phone that they are providing on their website, and there was no response.

    Hi my name is ********; I had ordered some mermaid shoes for my daughter size 9.5 and I got a size 9. Not only it was the wrong size, it was too small and they didn't work for my daughter; they weren't cheap either. I tried to returned; I printed what it looked like a return label and took it to the *** store, they told me that wasn't a label to send the item back. I am so used to, when I have to send something back from ****** just print the return label and send it back. This wasn't the case. Tried to contact them by email and they didn't respond after a week. I tried to find phone numbers to talk to someone but all of them are not real; or already disconnected...That is really sad; because I have been a customer for a while already and this is my first time with an issue and I didn't receive any customer service support...

    Im very disappointed with this company. The advertisement is extremely deceiving. The costume I purchased showed fairy wings in the picture. Nowhere did I see wings sold separately. The price of the costume was already ridiculously high and now Im expected to pay the price of another costume to buy fairy wings to go with it. The fact that they will not refund my money for a costume that still has the tags on it and never worn is completely unreasonable.
