5 starsI have been eyeing MiaBelle clothes for a while now and finally made my first purchase about a month ago and loved every outfit purchased! The clothes are beautiful, very stylish and well made. One of the outfits was missing a shirt but customer service was amazing and shipped it out quickly! Pictures are cute. Prices are way over priced and can find the exact same products on Amazon or local boutiques for significantly less with much better customer service. Ordered three outfits. Two came, contacted customer service multiple times before they responded. They offered to ship the item in 6 weeks! Eventually they admitted item was out of stock and offered a partial store credit? I refused and said I wanted a full refund of the item not shipped. Almost two months later I received a refund.

We apologize for the incomplete shipment as the refund shows successfully processed on December 12, ************************************ which you used Apple Pay to pay for the item, and it was refunded that day.
Please check your records in December as we replied via email the order was being refunded for the missing item.
The email message below (sent 12.12.2023) confirms the order was refunded 12.12.2023.
