    I love *** Belle! Their outfits are adorable and good quality. My order for my daughters clothes came in a timely manner. Definitely worth the price if you want cute boutique outfits.

    Never again buy from this company. I wish I read bbb reviews before I did. I ordered a cute outfit for my daughter that we didnt know came super glittery that glitter just went everywhere. She never wore it at all. We put the outfit up until I returned it. I got an email stating they wont refund me due to stains which there wasnt since she didnt wear it at all. I emailed the company back about it and they will not email me back. Therefore I am out $40+

    Hello ******,

    We apologize for the delay in response for the images.  The email has been sent on April 10th, 2024 with images showing two different stains on the item as well as a missing decorative button.  We are unable to attach images to this review as the BBB does not allow uploading images.  Please let us know if you are sending a shipping label to return the item or if you prefer we discard the item. We are unable to restock the item returned and therefore are unable to re-sell the item, which has been deemed rejected due to used / damaged.

    If giving negative stars were an option, I would not hesitate to do so. I firmly believe this establishment takes advantage of customers, and I am committed to avoiding it in the future. I am writing to convey my disappointment regarding my recent shopping experience on your website. I ordered a Communion dress with the expectation of receiving an item that matched the description and size provided on your platform. Unfortunately, the entire process has been unsatisfactory.Firstly, the significant delay in receiving the dress was deeply frustrating. It took a month for the item to arrive, well beyond the standard shipping timeframes advertised on your website. Such delays not only inconvenience customers but also reflect poorly on your company's commitment to efficient service and customer satisfaction.Upon finally receiving the dress, I was disheartened to find that it did not match the one I had ordered. Despite reaching out to your company via email, I was provided with instructions on returning the item without any attempt to address or resolve the issue. It was only after persistent follow-*** that I was informed the correct dress would be sent out.However, my disappointment continued when the replacement dress arrived three sizes smaller than the one I had initially ordered. This discrepancy is unacceptable and reflects a lack of attention to detail and quality control on your part.Furthermore, I was informed that I would not be eligible for a refund for these incorrect items. As a customer, I rely on accurate product descriptions and sizing charts to make informed purchasing decisions. The failure to deliver on these fronts has resulted in significant inconvenience and frustration.I expect the option to return products that do not meet my expectations, especially when the fault lies with the company's inaccuracies and delays. The lack of accountability in this regard is disheartening and has tarnished my perception of your brand.

    We are so sorry to hear you received the dress incorrectly and the replacement was delivered to you, but now the wrong size!  We certainly are investigating the issue with our fulfillment center, as typically a replacement dress sent out resolves the issue with the first delivery.  We have refunded the order in full today for the inconveniences experienced, as we are devastated to hear that you received two incorrect Gown dresses. This should never happen, and we are taking steps to avoid this issue in the future.

    The refund has been processed today in full.  Please expect the refund in 3 to 5 business days back to the payment method on file.  We also refunded the Headband for the inconveniences. Please consider donating the dresses you have locally to charity of your choice if you are unable to use the incorrect dresses. We are not requiring the return of the dresses, as we prefer to reduce our expense to resolve this order's unique experience, as we have refunded you in full today 4.10.2024.

    We are so sorry this has caused you frustration and hope that we can work with you on a future order after you have confirmed the refund has been received.

    There were so many adorable clothes to choose from but for the specific style I was looking for, it was a no brainer. We picked an adorable 2 piece dressy outfit. The outfit arrived way sooner than expected and the quality is phenomenal.

    I ordered an out fit for my grand daughter and its very cute. Unfortunately it was too big so I contacted them and they send a return label. I then returned it. Then I receive this. Dear *****,We have received your return items for Order #******.Unfortunately, we are unable to approve your return for the items below as they do not comply with our return policy. For a full list of eligibility requirements, please click here.ItemReason Lace In Fashion Palazzo Pants Set Item worn / washed It was only taken out of package for her to try on. It was never washed or outside. It went right back in package after she tried it on. I definitely upset about this. I order the smaller one for her because that was big. I have never returned anything in a bad condition If this is the way things are handled I will not order another thing. I know this is my word against yours. I would never return anything like that.

    Hello,

    The returns team identified an area that has dried dirt or mud on the item, that is not normally found on this item when returned in new / unused condition.  While the item may not have been used for an event, the item was returned dirty, and we are unable to accept this return.

    We provide two options for the customer to determine the disposition of the item, either sending the item back to the customer with their own shipping label provided via email, or donate the item to charty / dispose of the item if not usable.  The customer requested the item be returned to them.

    The instructions on how the customer can obtain a return shipping label have been provided, as we do not cover the expense to return dirty items that are considered rejected back to customers.  We pay for the shipping label to return new / unused / clean items to us for returns.  The item returned was dirty and was rejected, and for this reason, we do not cover the shipping fee to return the item back to the customer.

    An image of the area that was considered dirty has been emailed to the customer, and we would upload to this review, however attachments are not accepted on Reviews.  

    We have requested the customer provide us their shipping label if they would like the item returned to them.
