    I ordered a costume for my daughter weeks ago. I have received part of it so far. The most important part isnt here yet. The update says it is still preparing. I have reached out with 3 emails already in the last week no response. I just want to know if it will make it here Monday or go get my daughter another costume!

    Still awaiting update for my order, have sent 5 emails, every day for past 5 days, with no response. Prior to this most recent order, all was well. The lack of customer service, in addition to no live person to speak to is beyond frustrating. Not holding my breath for response, maybe costume ordered almost a month ago will arrive by Christmas. Fix your business and customer service, as it has gone to s%$#.

    To whom this may concern, This has been the most frustrating process with a business that we have ever experienced. We placed my daughters Halloween costume on sept 16th for Halloween photoshoot we were doing. We had contacted the company a number of times leading up to the date of the photoshoot. We rescheduled the photoshoot twice because we still hadn’t received the costume. Because it never arrived we had to order a costume from a different company and received it within days of the order. We contacted Mia belle customer service via email over 2 weeks ago because we noticed the costume hadn’t been shipped to cancel the order because we never received our item. They responded today saying they have shipped the item and there is nothing they could do. So I checked the return policy on their website and it said Halloween costumes could not be returned. So even though we reached out two weeks ago when the item hadn’t been shipped yet and asked for a refund they continued with processing the order to keep the money. This company is a **** and have been cheating others out of their hard earn money as well. This company should be investigated and I will post a review on all social media sites as well as search engines so no one else has to go through this and lose $137 dollars because if there poor customer service.

    Below is the tracking details of the costume.  Customer emailed one time prior to shipment to ask the status of the order without requesting cancellation.  We have informed the customer can return the item at our return portal once they receive the delivery if they no longer want the item.  We cannot refund an order while it is in transit because the customer may opt to keep the product and keep the payment.  We will work with the customer on the return, once they receive the costume that shows in transit and shipped 10/8/2022.  Customer requested cancellation after 10/12/2022 and this was after the item had shipped.

    I ordered the **** shoes for my daughter and niece and only received one pair. I messaged them to see whats going on with the other pair and they said it was delivered it was not I told them it wasnt and they insisted on a picture of the pair I already received. Why, I have no clue what thats going to solve with my missing pair. I send the picture and they said I will receive my missing pair in 2 weeks, just got an email from them saying. At Mia ******************* we stand by our promise to deliver the highest quality clothing to our valued customers. During our quality inspection for this product, it did not meet our standard of excellence and therefore we cannot ship it out. Im very sorry about this, and we want to make this right! What the hell!? I just want the shoes I paid for! Horrible service, gave me the run around for nothing but taking my money. I will tell everyone I know not to shop there. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

    We apologize for the systematic email notice about the item not being sent.  I have issued the refund on our side for the item and the shipping fee to go back to the payment method on file.  We apologize as the item was marked as shipped by the supplier and now the item is out of stock and cannot be resent.  We have canceled and refunded the item and apologize for the miscommunication you received.

    I placed an order on 9/17/22 for the Darth Vader costume ORDER #******. I received one item (the tights) over a week ago. I have tried to contact customer service twice via email and once on Instagram to get an update on the other items, but no one has responded. All I want to know is if ** getting the costume before Halloween at this point. I specifically order this for an event this weekend and for Halloween. It is super disappointing that a company could care less about the customer. Just read all the reviews. This company needs to get it together or just shut down. If I dont receive my order by Halloween I will be contacting my bank and getting a refund.

    It wouldnt be a star if I had my option. I placed an order 09/30/2022 and I selected a costume that said holloween delivery guaranteed. I have not even received a shipping confirmation as of today 10/14/2022. We had plans to attend festivals and my daughter ***** even received her costume. For the money we paid and the multiple emails received through out the day we should have received our order by now!

    Customer has been emailed tracking information for the costume that online indicates Halloween Delivery Guaranteed and the shipping timeframe indicates Pre-order Now. Ships Late October.  Customer will receive the order before Halloween. We cannot control customer expectations of wanting to receive items before our advertised delivery guarantee of 10/31/2022.  We have emailed tracking details to confirm the order has shipped.
