Service was hit and miss every month would work for a week then off for 3 weeks never able to get ahold of customer support when did get ************************ I was told they were forwarding my issues on and I would be contacted to never be contacted.I turned my Service off in June and got billed for July and August trying to contact customer support for 4 months to get a refund and still have had no luck. I had internet service for several years. On September 20, 2022 I suddenly had no internet and auto pay transaction was completed on September 18, 2022. I got no answer on their only phone line and had to chat as a new customer and was told this company is no longer on the **** network. I was never informed.My payment was for $99 and I had 2 days of service. I was left scrambling.I submitted the online form several times. This week I have a past due bill for $198 when I have no service. I have copies of of my chats and e mails. I was told nothing needed to be returned via chat. I have requested their RMA form to return equipment if that is why I am being billed. I have sent a certified letter this week since I can't get assistance as their phone never gets answered. Charged me 99 dollars on 9/19 for service, two days later my service was disconnected (along with others in my area) found out they do not use **** so I called several times phone rings then goes dead. Spoke to someone via chat they were going to send me a new router. Paid 159 dollars on 9/22 . Nothing has arrived. Phones are still down , websites is down . U2connect has been ripping me off they charge me for services knowing there services was not working won't give me any resolutions over months won't respond to messages or phone calls but if you use someone else name trying to sign up for services they will respondInitial Complaint

I had U2 connect for over a year and about 2 months ago, my service stopped working . I called U2 Connect and had a tech trouble shoot and it didnt work . I tried calling and the phones would put you on hold and drop the call , that happened over and over . I tried emailing and never got a response . About a month ago I got a bill for the month , I called and emailed again and finally got a response by phone . I returned the equipment about 2 weeks ago and thought it was resolved, WRONG ! **************** stopped working week of 9-18-2022. I've tried every form of contact available since then (call, email, ******** comments on U2C posts, ******** Messenger, filled out service cancellation form on website multiple times) and have yet to talk to a person or receive any type of response. I call and either get busy signal or sit on hold until their phone system auto hangs up the call. I have had cellular inter net service with U2 connect for about a year or more. Untill after September the my September 19 2022 payment went thru . All the sudden me internet connection was gone. I called many times and get no answers. The service just hangs up. I have tried emailing them and get no response. Yes they still adtervise on FB. I even messaged them on instant messenger. And have had no success at getting a this resolved. .I want my money for the month of September back $109.00 due to no service .
