      For the past year Ive had 4g internet through this company. About month ago my internet service quit working. I contacted the company through messenger seeking answers. This turned into me calling, emailing, and messaging this company daily asking for information in resolving this issue. They were not able to offer a solution to the problem. They repeatedly told me that they would check with their backend and file a report. After approximately a week, the scheduled automatic payment for service went through ( September 9,2022), but I still wasnt receiving the service paid for, and the company was still unable to tell me when my service would be restored. I then requested that my service be canceled and that my money be refunded. I was told to wait for an email confirmation of the canceled service. I never received such email, and contacted the company on two additional occasions asking that my service be canceled. Today is September 12, 2022 and my service still hasnt been canceled, and there has never been any follow up from the company regarding any of my above mentioned issues. And I still do not have internet service. So I moved to another company and I have new internet they own me ***** dollar last month and the modern wifi I paid 2***** or ****** for this equipment and I want my money back I will send modern back and they told me will email me for tracking number so I can send it back to ************* what they own me I have approve from my bank statement.. and I want my money back I will never stop til it be done I have suffer enough from this enough is enough pls I want my money back or I will send court make settlement for cost my family plm over this u2connection.now I a. Tired of u2connection.now it make me angry over heard by blacke market fake it really not right I had to stop from them try take money out my bank and I had to cancel my bank card to ***** my bank card my address *************************************************************************

      Ive had internet service with them for probably about a yr, then September 20th of 2022 is was turned off without notice. I just paid the bill $89.00 on September 13th of 2022 so I notified them they said we apologize we no longer carry **** we can offer one of our other carriers and said they will send a sim out asap. I contacted them on the 22nd of September 2022 to check the status of the sim card they apologized and sorry it hadnt been shipped yet something about checking with the backend. I contacted them on the 23rd and the 25th of September 2022 *** it would take 3-5 business days, so I told them I may cancel it wasnt sure what to do at this point starting checking around about different services. I asked if I cancel would I get a refund for the time I didnt have any they got the month payment but I only had service from the 14th of September till the 20th of September 2022. I was told I would I just need to fill out a cancellation form. I have done this twice still no refund . Instead I get a bill in my email stating my payment was due on the 14th of October 2022, so I canceled my debit card cause I knew they would take the payment again.

      On September 20/21st my internet was disconnected without warning. I was charged $99 for period September 20/21, 2022-October 20/21, 2022. I was told via ******** Messenger (after the phone number didnt work) that I would be switched to a ******** plan and that it would take 10 weekdays for my service to arrive. After being told via ******** Messenger that my order was ready to ship, it never came. Its been longer than 10 days. This is clearly a scam at this point. I would like my money refunded, and would love if someone could CALL, not email me. I dont want an apology. I want an explanation. After 2 years as a customer, I believe Im entitled to an explanation. Note: The company ******** Messenger is still saying theyre taking enrollment, and I would like that to stop because theyre clearly going to rip someone else off. Why else wouldnt they answer the phone? Why else would they ignore longtime customers. I URGE ANYONE READING THIS TO FIND A DIFFERENT SERVICE.

      I've used this company for a year without a single problem. On 9/19/22 I lost service. I have tried calling customer support multiple times and never got an answer, I emailed customer support multiple times without a response. I decided to cancel service. I filled out the cancellation form on their website twice, talked to multiple people on their fb messenger because that's the only easy to talk to someone. Nobody could help and gave excuse after excuse. Two days ago I contacted them again on fb messenger and was told they are now ACP internet solutions and couldn't help me at all. They also completely shut down phone calls. It used to be an automated system and now it changed to a message saying this person is no longer accepting calls.I never received an email confirmation acknowledging my cancellation. Instead I got an invoice for another month of service which is due in a few days.

      My internet service does not work. I have been trying to call the company to resolve the issue, but the line is constantly busy. I have sent emails stating that I want my service canceled immediately. I have tried to use the live chat that appears on the website. However, there is never an agent available. I would like this account closed and for them to stop charging me.

      I paid my bill on 9/16/22 My service was shut off on 9/19/22 and has not been restored as of today 10/4/22. This company will not answer their phone at all during their business hours. The only way to contact them is FB Messenger which I have done everyday since 9/19 and they keep telling me the same story about a sim card being sent but they have no info and say they are waiting on updates from their backend. As of 10/3/22 and 10/4/22 I contacted them on messenger and did not receive a response on there either. I have asked for a supervisor to contact me and still nothing. This is not acceptable to take money and not provide the service. I could have lost my job behind this if I didn't have a backup plan. This company cannot be trusted at all. I don't know why BBB is accepting their responses when all customers are reporting the same issue. This all seems scammy to me! THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE RESOLUTION FOR ME IS TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK!!!

      I had this service for internet use. Two weeks ago my services stopped. I contacted U2 about the problem but never got through to customer service till this day! I contacted them through a message app and was told they would send out a new sim for my router but never received it. Still no answer through customer service. I have requested they cancel my service with them. Still no answer.

      I cancelled my service because they switched from ATT to ******** for their rural service and never sent me a replacement SIM card. They have stolen $189.98 from my bank account and refuse to return it, won't answer their emails or phones and are rude and disrespectful on ******** Messenger.
