  This moving team was exceptional! Very professional, highly courteous and the used extreme care in wrapping and securing furniture and fragile items we had for moving. Superior, A+ We highly recommend 24/7 logistic services and will definitely use them again in the future.

  Very disappointed with our move by this business, though we were confident that we had made the right choice when choosing them. The initial interaction with the move coordinator, *****, was great, and his personality and professionalism sealed the deal. Unfortunately, the rest of the process was pretty poor. Im glad that they are able to keep folks working, but they need to be sure their employees can speak and read English. There were a number of things that my wife had laid out, along with names, of things to go in the same boxes. None of them made it in those same boxes. We had a number of things broken, because of being poorly packed, and in many cases, packed in the same wrapping, without any protection in between them. Our TV was lost, with the promise that they would let us know when it was located. A week and a half later, after ordering another TV to replace it, they finally notified us that they would be delivering it. The guy who delivered it said it was found a couple of days after they had unloaded the original trucks, and nobody bothered letting ** know. The overall communication by the company was sorely lacking. Hopefully, this is our last move, but definitely will not use, or recommend 24/7 Logistics Services to anyone else!

  I am very thankful that I used 24/7 Logistics for my move. I was incredibly anxious and overwhelmed by the relocation process, but Chris took time to walk through the move with me EVERY step of the way. He even called my storage company to confirm the size of my unit to be sure I didn’t run into unexpected costs. Knowing how overwhelmed me and my family were feeling Chris even reached out on a Sunday to follow up and see how we were doing. Liz was wonderful when it was time for scheduling pick up and delivery too. She patiently answered questions and reminded me of important information. Aza, my moving foreman, was INCREDIBLE! He recognized my anxiety and assured me multiple times that my priorities were his as well. Aza pointed out water damage to my personal property from a leak and again took time to talk to me and encourage me when he saw my distress over the issue. I am certain other movers would have approached the issue as “not our problem,” documented the damage and moved on. His team, Roma and Feruz, were joyful and kind, even on such an incredibly hot day. Anxious about your move? This is the company to go with!

  I have had several bad experiences with movers in the past. 24/7 is not like them. They are the best! I will only deal with them for any future moves. I have referred them to friends which I have never done before. They are exceptional, true to their word, friendly, reliable and professional while making me feel like they were treating me as their favorite aunt or family member.

  We just completed our office move and our experience was awesome. The moving team was cautious with furniture and truly took an interest in providing a great customer service. We had a stop at our new location and then another trip to storage and they were very helpful, and extremely hard working guys. We also had an excellent experience with the office who helped arrange the move date and confirmed it and then we had a follow up communication. Very professional team. All in all excellent service.   They don't even deserve a 1 Star. I was Quoted price by the sales person. I felt a rapport with him. He is no longer there. When time came to pick up my load, they charged me $3500 more due to original quote being inaccurate. A lot of my items were broken!! AND 10+ boxes missing. I don't care about the silly stuff but important things like 2 digital cameras w/full SD cards. Memories gone!! Vintage irreplaceable items also lost. They said I could still file claim after the initial 9 months but no one would respond to me. Things don't just disappear!! I called their office and was screamed at. When I asked if they treat all their clients like this, ********* replied "YES"! WOW. I'm so angry & feel so cheated. So much more but I'll keep it short. Won't help get my goods back..

  Worked with Jaime and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Got our move scheduled within 3 days of contact. Inventory was not an easy process via Zoom but got it done. Crew arrived, packed up efficiently and the load was delivered on Christmas Eve 10 days later by another great crew. Appreciated the follow-up call to inquire about my experience.

  Awful! Terrible! These people have a racket going. They gave us an “accurate” quote for services and then doubled our cost when they had our belongings in storage. We paid for packing materials and the movers hardly used the materials! Our antiques and cherished family belongings were poorly packed and badly damaged. 24/7 subcontracted to A2B Moving who packed up our home, took it to their storage units and a second crew REPACKAGED our belongings and put them in a truck trailer, then a third crew (one person) arrived to unload the truck trailer. He called day laborers in from another town and he then called a local towing company to take my husband’s gun safe out of the trailer with his wench! My husband’s gun safe is after a year (!) still on a wooden mover’s dolly and 24/7 management won’t do anything to get it back on solid ground. Their claim company, CSI, is a joke. They refused to consider our claim we filed because they say we were passed our nine months allowance for making a claim. We were not! We filed well before the nine months and they refuse to honor it. Our belongings were terribly packed, irreplaceable items destroyed, we were overcharged and treated lousy by the people we paid to do a service for us. The worst experience ever with any moving company, EVER. I have had movers who smoked pot from the beginning to the end of the move and even stoned, they were more cautious with my belongings than the movers from 24/7 and A2B.
