T and the guys arrived 15 minutes early, starting working immediately and were very organized and methodical. They were very nice and fast and didn't require anything from me except to tell them which things were moving and to where. Nothing was broken and they placed everything in an organized manner so we can walk through our new place without climbing over boxes. 10/10 definitely recommend and I tipped them $50 each- I think you should tip on the service instead of percent of the cost since 24/7 logistic services is such a good deal as compared to most other movers it seems.

I moved on the morning of the crazy storm and flooding in ********. The best quote came from 24/7 logistic services, and I'd also used them last year. These guys did an amazing job, getting my studio move done in 2 hours, before 11am. Thanks so much for your hard work!24/7 Logistic Services, LLC

Such a lifesaver! They pulled off a short notice moving the same day and came in an hour! Their team was nice and polite, quick, and most of all, didn't break anything and finished the whole move faster than expected!Will totally hire them again for any local move! I have some things to complain about, but my biggest chagrin involves misinformation from our insurance company regarding coverage for damages. ****** learned: obtain insurance for any damages or losses. We expected some slight damages; however, a few things were destroyed or damaged in an upsetting way.We obtained what we believed was a rational quote for our move. The coordinator, C_D_, was friendly, patient, educational, and assuring in preparation for our move. As hard as we tried to give a complete picture of our household goods, the estimate was too low, even though C_D_ added to the estimate to help mitigate this surprise. We were so happy to get a door-to-door move for our **** sf home. One day to load; a 10 hour drive; unloaded the next day.We had little time to observe the **** packers, to ensure that every item got a tag or that the condition of each item was noted. On arrival, we did not check each item off the list or inspect the condition of each item. I took photos of things that were damaged as we discovered them, expecting that it would be enough when filing a claim. After I compiled my list of damages, our insurance company said that our damages did not qualify for any compensation. We had to use the basic insurance that we selected from the mover. We got about $125 for what amounts to about $2000 in damaged property.Summary: we were very impressed with 24/7 Logistics. The professionalism and friendliness of C_ D_ during the interview and planning stages, the team of hard-working and trustworthy hands at both locations, and the transparency and accuracy of costs for the move made this the best choice for us. While some things broke or were damaged, the list of these things is less than one percent of our belongings and less than one percent of the value of our goods. 24/7 was helpful in getting some reimbursement. There were no upsetting surprises with the cost of the move. It was completed quickly and professionally. Kudos to 24/7 Logistics.24/7 Logistic Services, LLC

1 starStay away from this company. ********************* with 24/7 Logistics started out ok but ended up being a nightmare. We had an out of state move from a house to a 2 bedroom apartment. We asked upfront if the move would be subcontracted, and were told it would not, however that's exactly what happened. The load up was fine- 3 men working efficiently. The delivery was unimaginable. Only the driver was there to unload. No additional help, and we had some very large and heavy furniture. The driver said no one else would be available to help. It was not possible for 1 person to do. It was late evening and my husband (over 70), son, and I unloaded the truck along with the driver. It took over 4 hours, finishing after midnight, and the driver wasn't even able finish unpacking or re-assembling the furniture- he was exhausted. Thank goodness no one was injured. As we unpacked over the following weeks, we discovered many broken dishes and some broken furniture. At 60 cents a pound, it was not worth the breakage claim, and when I called customer service, there seemed to be no recourse for the failure to provide adequate personnel to unload the truck. This was a very expensive move, and we should not have been in the position of having to help unload.Review fromMarjorie B

I would, without hesitation, recommend 24/7 Logistics! Everyone that I dealt with, without exception, was helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and just a joy to work with. I would specifically call out ****, *******, ****, and **** (?), as just a few of the people that made this process almost pain free! This was my first long-distance move (hopefully the last). The only area of possible improvement would be in managing the customer's expectations regarding the actual delivery process. It was unclear to me that, after pick-up, my goods would be stored in a warehouse for some time before it began the delivery journey; fully explaining this to first-time users, would certainly have reduced the stress of not knowing when I would receive my furniture. This, however, was just a minor blip in my experience with 24/7. They provided accurate cost estimates and there were no surprises on pick-up day. The crews on pick-up and delivery were honest, professional, and hard-working; I couldn't have asked for a better crew of people. Recommend 24/7 Logistics!24/7 Logistic Services, LLC

I found this mover through a 3rd party website and ******* that called me was super friendly and helpful. After discussing my needs we signed a contract for a move from the South to *************. The price was fair for the services I was needing and the timeline was perfect. I was all ready to get going, but we had a terrible car accident and had to cancel the move. My rep was so understanding and gave me my refund without delay. When I am able to move in the near future, I will be using this company again. Thank you ??24/7 Logistic Services, LLC

5 starsThis company 24/7 Logistic is a very professional company. From the sales person, Michael, to the loaders and unloaders. To the office personnel, especially Evelyn who is terrific at her job. It is a difficult operation to make a long distance move but these people worked as a team to make the experience as seamless as possible. A tip of the hat to all who make up this company. Thank you! My 5 stars are for the 3 men who moved me last week. They were professional and most importantly quick. Moving out and into another condo involves lots of rules and short time and they were able to accommodate it. I contacted ***** at vfc 24/, she was super helpful in every way. We did all preliminary documents and the price was exceptable and within scope.Two gentlemen came out and did load in ******** it went good. They did not pick up all the packing trash but I had house cleaned next dsy.The delivery to ******* was a little longer than expected. 12 days instead of 7 I was told originally. However the movers nailed it on delivery. The guys (****, **************** were fabulous. Worked together excellently, steady and new their stuff. Nothing broke, minimal scratch/dents.
