On Wednesday 3/26/25 a service tech came to my house, her name was Tierra. Once she arrived she pulled straight into my front yard on the grass, leaving ruts and tire marks all over the sod I had recently gotten. She then proceed to take 90 minutes on my HVAC unit and indicated I had a leak and bad capacitor. She originally asked for $1,495 for it. I told them I would pay $700 so they did that and performed a leak test. They said they found a leak in the evaporator coil in my inside unit. I told them my unit was only 6 years old so the odds there was a leak was pretty slim. They quoted me $4k for a new one and I told them there was no way I was paying that. So they left. I just had a feeling that what they told me wasnt truthful, so I had 3 other companies come out (which cost even more) to do checks and nobody found any leaks. So needless to say after giving them over $50k in past services I will never use them again. That was completely deceptive on the part of the tech. Unfortunately, We have the video which will not post to show the leak detection that was done on property that also shows the Source of the leak of over 52 PPM on the unit evap coil and the Warranty that was expired as of 9/24 that we had to show the customer after the inspection was complete. WE didn't install the unit so unfortunately we can't warranty the problem leak source. We also take *** regulations on Gas added as very credible and document what we find for that protection.Review fromViktoria H

1 starI never want to work with this company again! It was nothing but a nightmare. Somehow there is a major communication breakdown in this company because information from whoever answers the phone and/or schedules the appointments and the technicians who actually come out does not get communicated. Long story short, they have a communication and scheduling problem. 3 times they were scheduled to come out and repair my AC (which thankfully I do not need to run right now) and they NO-SHOW all three times. I called several times to complain and they said they would "fix" it right away (by scheduling another appointment). When I wanted to speak to a manager, I never was able to. I was told a manager would call me back on both occasions. Not only did they No-show 3 times, they have twice arrived to my house unannounced when I have relayed to them that I have a job and cannot just leave work abruptly. They did call me once, but since I am at work, I was away from my phone, and missed the call. They did not even bother calling a second time. This is not only highly unprofessional but poor business practice. I had to change my schedule 3 times because they were supposed to come out. I had to essentially stay at the house so I could be there when they arrived. Only for them to not show up and waste my evening or entire Saturday. I cannot work with a company who are unreliable and do not show up when they are supposed to or show up unannounced when I have told them my work schedule multiple times. I will say, I do not think the technicians who actually do the repairs are to blame. They have always been very nice to me and respectful. I think that they are apparently not getting information passed on to them from whoever I speak to on the phone when I call.Review fromKim V
