When our previous **** company went out of business we called several in our area & selected Lickety Split because they offered HVAC, *********************************************** services with a reasonably priced annual maintenance program. However a HUGE determining factor was the pleasant woman (*****) who took my call & answered all my questions. The customer service was amazing in November 2024. Our first encounter was maintenance for our plumbing & tankless water heater. Again customer service was GREAT. The next encounter (February 2025) was problem related heating system not functioning properly. We elected to have two new ************ installed & converted from gas to heat pumps. Originally all went wellbut started to have issues with the heating system. Turned out to be unrelated to the install & was finally resolved. Then we failed the inspection. Crew came back &issues fixed a few weeks later. A re-inspection was scheduled & we missed it our fault. I have requested to have this rescheduled numerous times I will say 6 times but believe it is more than that. Each time the person (a different person each time) I spoke to said I will call you back or My supervisor will call you back. As of today, April 19, 2025 NOT ONE PERSON HAS RETURNED MY ********* still do not know if or when a re-inspection will be done! Originally in February there was a money issue that we tried to resolve and that took until the beginning of April to resolve and again no one would answer the question as to when a refund would be issued NOR DID ANYONE RETURN MY CALLS until I finally found Will I believe he works in dispatch. He actually called me back about a service trip scheduling issue so I had his number. Although our problem had nothing to do with his department he kept at it until our money was refunded AND HE RETURNED MY CALLS! He has since turned the re-inspection issue over to that department. Still waiting! BOTTOM LINE: Lickety Split needs more Katies and *****

Horrible experience with a routine maintenance project. Didn't have the materials to complete the project. Took over 3-4 times to be rescheduled to be completed for numerous reasons on the company's internal issues. Left a wet solvent rag on an open power panel in the home that had a 200 amp live service (Fire Hazard). They did not pick up dust covers around the home after project completion (couldn't use my dining room table for over a week and a half). When they did come out to the property to pick up their forgotten items, they wanted me to sign a completion document and threatened to stay on the property until I signed. Felt very threatened by this and contemplated calling the Police to have them trespassed if they did not leave. The project was paid for, but threatening me with sitting on my property was a bad move. Sad for Lickety Split to act like this just for a signature. Ruined a good client/customer relationship. Fair warning for future customers. In my opinion, this company needs to be investigated for using this type of bullying/intimidation tactic for a simple signature. Good Day, We Have Been on site 7 different times for the said Job to have been Estimated, Repaired , then ducts cleaned. The last time we where on site required a signed certificate of completion for the funding that was obtained on behalf of the customer for the signed Job contract to have been completed. I was talked into purchasing the gold star review when I just needed an estimate and a review on things to a house I was looking into I purchased it and it’s now taken over a month to get a refund because they were charging out of the ***. literally when I could’ve went to ******* or one of the others for a better price. And it took them three days to come and see when I also asked for same-day service.Lickety Split AC, Plumbing & Electric

Thank you to ****** for calling and resolving all of the issues I have been going through for a week. The technician that came out gave the wrong quote to fix my unit which lead me to use a different company for my repair. ****** tracked down what happened and followed up with me. On Feb. 25th I contacted their company to detect a slab leak in our house. They advertised an amount of $189 which I paid in advance upon their request. The technicians arrived and before looking at anything they told us that our a/c unit had a problem. I just replaced that unit 2 weeks ago and that is not what they were hired for. They started looking for the leak and told us that it was underneath the tile in our guest bathroom. I asked if they could repair the leak, but they were not interested. Instead they were interested in re-piping the entire house. After looking around the plumbing I asked them for the copy of the leak detection report. They kept talking about the re-plumbing job and I asked 2 more times for the report. They said that we would receive it. As of this date we have never received it. After they left I was not comfortable with the area they claimed to have the leak. I called a leak detection company and paid an additional amount to come out and find the leak. They came out and discovered that the leak was close to the garage which is about 10 feet from where their guys said it was. I was happy that I called for a second opinion rather than have someone rip up my tile which would have cost thousands of dollars to repair. I had routine duct work maintenance done last October. At that time, I was recuperating from pneumonia. I was deceived into having all the ductwork on one floor redone after Lickety Split created a false sense of urgency. I paid an exorbitant amount for the work and signed a no-interest 13-month plan for $12,000 for them to redo the duct work and install a UV light. I should have seen the red flags then because Lickety Split said they could help us that very day. Regrettably, I failed to contact the original ductwork installers and instead relied on ourLickety Split, who I'd chosen as my maintenance company, to address our concerns about potential mold in our system.Lickety Splits technician, *****, prepared an airduct plan that I was led to believe was professional. However, it was not the required computer-generated ******** plan mandated by the county. There was no permit filed prior to work completed that day and I was ignorant about the requirement to have one. I have requested copies of the permit, final inspection, and ******** plan through email and phone, but Lickety Split has been unable to provide them and uncommunicative.Despite the work being completed in October 2024, Lickety Split only filed for a permit in January 2025. Due to the overwhelming number of inspections required for construction, the work has yet to be inspected. Consequently, it remains uncertain whether the work meets the required standards.Since we accepted the interest-free plan and completed the work, we are now trapped. There is no longer any evidence of organic growth in our ductwork or the release of air from separated ducts. I have opted to use a third-party payment account to avoid holding Lickety Split accountable, but I lack any proof of their negligence. I have since learned that I could have had the ductwork redone on both floors for the same cost.Lickety Split AC, Plumbing & Electric
