I paid $42.79 for their services on 8/3/24. I called on 8/5/24 to cancel and request a full refund. The advertisement page claims you have 7 days to cancel. I was told by customer service that I would get my refund in approximately 5 days. It has been 11 days. It is almost impossible to speak to a live person at this company and you have to goggle search to get a telephone number. It is not on their web page, which is very suspicious.CE Broker

I am not at all pleased with customer service. It is extremely difficult to get to an actual person. each time you must go to through the ** chat. eventually I was connected to a real person to chat. Her review showed everything was in order Ticket was made for supervisor review. No reply. Followed up on the next day. Again through **. Then to a chat with a real person. First information I received was my option was to purchase one of two plans that would identify what is lacking. ( nothing) and bonus I was given a 10% discount code. Say what. I explained that it needed reviewed by supervisor. Agent then found the original email/ticket. Said I would need to wait for an unknown time for an answer. I indicated that was not a good for me. My license expires at the end of the month. He indicated he would make it urgent Yikes this is really poor follow up and service. No I shouldn't need to purchase a plan for a review.CE Broker

Do not under any circumstance use CE Broker!! On Friday I submitted payment for the upgraded (Pro +) package to renew my Fl RN license. Well, come Saturday afternoon I was denied access to the website. I quickly sent an email to report the issue and received an email stating they were working on the problem. Now it is Monday, I have spoken to numerous reps regarding this situation. I have been told 2 very different excuses related to the cause of the issue. I requested a time line re: to resolve the issue. Well, no one seems to be able to answer that question. It appears they have no issues related to accepting payment, however they definitely have issues providing the service they advertise. Never again will I waste my time, money, and energy on this worthless excuse as a CE provider. Importantly, since the Fl BON recommends CE Broker perhaps they need to look into CE Brokers lax reliability. Minus 10 Zeros for CE Broker.CE Broker

All state boards should hear this warning before considering CE Broker. CE Broker pressures its employees to upsell on every single conversation that we have with licensees. We are held accountable, up to and including termination, if we do not upgrade enough accounts within a certain time frame. They spend so much training on finding clever ways to get people to upgrade when they shouldn't have to. They do not allow the agents on the phone to tell the licensees what is missing, which we can easily find in seconds. It is designed to make the professional feel pressured and not care about spending 40 bucks to make it easier for the year.Furthermore, CE Broker is in bed with the ********************* that have to also use CE Broker to get their material approved by the board for a licensee to take, which of course CE Broker takes a cut of :). The ******* ***** of ******* Therapy is one of the worst situations. CE Broker allows these ********************* to submit the incorrect types of classes needed for license renewal because the ********************* just get extra sales, which helps them and CE Broker. They profit off of confusion, so they muddy the waters as much as possible.Not to mention their absurdly low staffing levels (have to maintain profits) It is not abnormal for callers to wait for over 2 hours during the most crucial part of the year (November - April, which is when most professionals have to renew their licenses). Emails can take WEEKS to get to. Look at CE Brokers' responses to each of these comments. It is a copy-pasted, heartless response, reminding the licensee that they can just use the free **************************** promises boards to include a link to their state website that will show the licensees exactly what they need to do for free, but the reality is, that half the links don't work or bring them to some random page on the website, leaving licensees to dig for hours trying to find the information. Awful customer service. As medical professionals, we deserve better! I hope that state licensing boards hear us as healthcare workers and get a better platform to track CME! They charge over $150 per YEAR to basically log education classes to cross over into the state licensing boards portals. Unfortunately the customer service representatives are very unhelpful. IF you receive a response, the representatives (****** specifically) are extremely condescending and refuse to give a refund. CE broker is NOT providing the services it promises!I pay for the concierge service which means if I call or email them, regarding a concern, a CE broker representative should reply in a timely fashion. I had to send emails over and over again to even get ANY response at all. I want a refund. Additionally, state boards need to be notified of CE brokers disservice to healthcare workers.The board of directors of CE broker/executive leadership team need to be aware of the horrific lack of service.During renewals, CE broker needs more than just ONE person answering emails! It used to be, if I needed the concierge service they would respond within 30 minutes. Unfortunately it now takes about a WEEK.CE Broker

CE Broker is a scam and it should be illegal for a private company to determine if a medical provider is in compliance. I have spent hours completing additional CME for the **************** and have exceeded the requires for the 100 hours of general CME by submitting the alternative of my NCCPA certification as well as the required two hours of CME for Medical Error, Domestic Violence and safe and effective prescribing of controlled substance medications, event though I AM NOT A PRESCRIBING PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT in the state. I have emailed them multiple times and they claim they cannot tell me why I am not in compliance. They simply want $39.99 which i refuse to pay them to renew my license. Someone need to pull them in to civil court and should my license not be renewed do to their negligence, I CERTAINLY will. No state should rely solely on a third party that is not regulated. I do not recommend anyone to use this company as a repository of their CME or CE because they will not maintain it unless you PAY!!! The **************** requires healthcare providers to use this horrible system and we already pay ******* to renew our licenses. This is racketeering and mob like behavior. If CE Broker wants the privilege of determining compliance for medical providers and holding up renewals, they should be able to STATE the reason when you call them. I noticed that they always respond to complaints on here, but when you call them, they state they cannot provide you with the information unless you pay them $39.99 a year otherwise, they cannot see WHY you are not in compliance. CE Broker is ****% a racketeering scam and should be illegal because of their business practices. I tried to renew my ** license, but I am REQUIRED (and when I called, of course customer service denied this whole-heartedly) to renew a subscription (costing $39.99) before I can even apply to renew my ** license. Although they "say" it's optional, I literally couldn't renew my ** state license until I paid the fee and it allowed me to move forward on the ** state website to even APPLY to renew my license. This company absolutely needs to be sued.CE Broker
