This business has reported a delinquent account under my business record which is not mine. The account was added to my profile in December 2021, I made my first complaint in January and every month after. I have spoken to numerous reps to no avail. The Last rep stating that there is nothing he can do. I have called the company that is reporting the debt which they have confirmed I do not have an account with them under my personal or business name/Ein/phone number. I’ve been getting called and basically harassed for over a year and a half. I have no account with them, they just keep calling me and calling me about 8 to 9 times a day and I’ve asked him to stop and put me on the do not called us, but they keep calling. They are very rude and they just hang up. I’m about ready to contact my attorney see if I can do anything about it. Hopefully this will help stop them from harassing people.Business Response

I am being harassed by Dunn & Bradstreet. My phone number does NOT belong to a business!! I receive multiple calls a day from different numbers and sometimes unlisted numbers and they all leave messages from D&B. I have blocked every single one that I could. I called a few years ago and made it very clear that my number is NOT a business and they stopped. All the sudden they are calling me again. 8 calls in one day is outrageous!! Leave me alone!!!! They constantly call me. I have blocked over 30 numbers that they call me from and yet they keep calling from new ones.
I have asked them not to call me over and over and they just hang up. They are rude, intrusive, and have filled up all of my voice mail with junk messages numerous times. I have no idea what this company does and have never done or solicited business from them. I am at my wits end. They call multiple times every single day. I first submitted my application without legal documents on 11/15.Application denied: 11/19 7:31am Reason “Verification Team could not reach by phone - 3 attempts”My call log shows ZERO missed calls between 11/15-11/19Customer service confirmed the correct number and “re-opened application” - No response the following week. I submitted another application on 11/23 with EIN Confirmation letter and LLC Confirmation letter attached.Application denied: 12/1 7:31am Reason “Verification Team could not reach by phone - 3 attempts”My call log shows one missed call from a Facebook Messenger member (whom I know) on 11/25. No other missed calls from 11/23-11/30Called customer service who confirmed correct number for second time and submitted ticket Case: ******** I specifically requested no further phone correspondence, email verification only. She responded that someone will “contact me by phone to verify account” which essentially puts me back at square one with a “validation team” who claims to contact members but simply deny applications without justification. I wish there was another way to apply for business credit but they literally own the entire business industry. I’m not sure what else to do at this point.Business Response

For months now, I've been trying to update my company's address and phone number with D&B to no avail. I've called D&B customers service number to get help, I'm told someone will call me. I am the founder of an organization *** *******. It has been brought to my attention that my name was attached to this business with erroneous incorrect information. The information was listed in the special events section and did not have any connection to the business and it is my position it was put there to hurt the business and defame my name. I have been in communication with the business and they state they gather information and they are not sure how it got there but they have removed it. This is not sufficient because their brand and business is built on reporting accurate information and anything that was put there they should no how it go there. the information should not have been there and I am concerned that they are targeting certain business with these unethical practices.Business Response

I reject this information because Dun & BradStreet did knowingly add this false information to our business account knowing that it was erroneous and structurally inappropriate. D&N B is a large company who has been in business for many years and makes billions of dollars a year for the purpose of verifying that information is correct. If they didn't know they should have know it was not proper. D & B have damaged our business severely and we feel it was done maliciously and incompetently. D&B has removed the information because they realized that it should have never been places under the business but that does not negate the damages that they have caused to our social justice organization.
We are unable to receive funding and other opportunities. We have damages and their legal counsel is insensitive to our damages and not offered a proper resolution. If it were their company they would understand but clearly they don't care about black businesses.
