      I learned about these clowns from *********************. I set up an account with them. I was at the time using ********* FrontPage to build a website.One of their "representatives" called me in the middle of my sales call to a customer. My mind was not on their comments. I was in the middle of a sales call. They were pitching a pro built website. I mistakenly said I was using outlook to build the site. The Jerk that called me turned to his co worker and loudly and laughingly said "hey this guy is using outlook to build their website".Grrr. That was a decade or so ago. Mean nasty rep making fun of me to build himself up. I don't want anything to do with these clowns. Network Solutions should never have hired a jerk like this. You lost a customer for life. Sorry

      Same experience as prior review. I called to renew my products and they signed me up for ************** which I did not ask for, charge me additional fees and deleted my previous mailbox which is the same address. I lost 10 years worth of scientific emails, reports and address book. Called 7 times over the course of 10 days and the same story " ***** hours to restore ". ..."situation escalated"..." emails will be restored"Finally managed to get my mailbox back but with no history or address book. They claim you cannot recover this info any longer.....for a situation where I was only a victim. Meanwhile, they collected extra fees and every time you call they try to sell you something else unrelated.First they tell you something is free and then they charge you for it. Also, don't forget the 3 day refund window. I have been in business 40 years, am quite wise and intelligent and am appalled at their behavior.Buyer Beware!

      I am having terrible experiences with Newtork Solutions as well as all these other reviewers. I have had a number of website domains with them for at least 15 years. I renew them ONCE per year. Suddenly they took it upon themselves to renew 2 of them for FIVE years, so of course, they charge more money. When I tried to log in with my typical username and password, their system kept telling me thy were wrong. When I tried to contact them for help via their *****#, I got a recording saying that they were having technical issues and to try again in a few days. When I did finally get through, I got a girl who spoke broken english and could not understand most of what I was saying to her. But after not solving my problem, she did try to sell me other services. I paid them for one years ownership for these 2 sites. They promptly started sending me threatening letters stating they were disabling the features of those two sites. I finally paid them for the 5 year usage, and they are STILL sending me threatening messages, not saying that these site are pending expiration. They have NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM VIA EMAIL. They have become a scam.

      If you ever do business with them I'm sorry. Cheap is an understatement. Phone support is third world at best. People repeating the same stuff and can't grasp what your telling them. When doing domain unlocks their UI doesn't work even though it says domain lock off and private registration off. iCann.com and whois still shows clienttransferprohibited. We had to call in several times to resolve and they unlocked another domain after phonetically spelling out the domain and confirming the domain with them. GLHF

      On the telephone with Network Solution for over 4.5 hours trying to resolve getting the hosted site down, because of the death of the owner, we cannot find any passwords or pins for access.I was first told that they were no longer the host and was refered to GoDaddy . They had no record of the account so I went to the Domain Whois site and sure enough the account is still with NS. After hours of calls and being passed around , i am told they need a stack of documents! From the Whois site i find that the account expires in less than a month, couldn't even get them to set it to not renew! I personally would not recommend Network Solutions to any business for a domain or hosting company, very disappointing !

      Horrible and uncaring! We've been with them for over 12 years, and our emails stopped working ~3 weeks ago (when they changed something in their system). Since then, we've been on the phone with them 10+ times (afer waiting on hold for 30 minutes each time), and they keep pretending to "update" something, and then tell us our service should work within the next 1-2 hours. Of course, 2 hours later it still doesn't work, and thus we have to call them back again (when we have a couple of hours to spend on the phone with them).This was a good company up until a few years ago. I don't know if they were bought out, but their customer service has declined APPRECIABLY in the past couple of years.If you read their "responses" to the complaints here, you can clearly see that they are full of malarkey (putting it nicely).Avoid them like the plague! We are going to being to search for a new provider immediately!

      Network Solutions is one of the most incompetent companies i have ever dealt with. They set me up with a email domain ATTCCE.com. they quickly sold me office 365 email solution which they set-up and it worked for about a month. The files were then corrupted and my email stop working. I asked Network Solutions if they had their own email servers and could they house my email domain internally. they told me yes that is what they specialize in. They charged me all of the upgrade fees for their professional email and told me they set-up my new email and it should work within 24 hrs. That is when my email h*** and nightmare begin. This company could never get my email to work. For a full year they had no ability to fix my corrupted DNS or MX files that had duplicate records from ********* and Network solutions. They continued to **** me for services that has never worked. It has been a year still has not worked.

This will create some confusion for the server. You need to have one primary mail provider which accepts all of your mail.       For over 25 years, we have had an account with Network Solutions. In the beginning, they were easy to work with and seemed to care about their customers and customer loyalty. Last week I paid $119.00 for a hosting package, and since then I have called 5 or 6 times to set things up. Wait times are a MINIMUM of 30 minutes, and often over an hour. AND, when an individual finally comes online, they ALWAYS direct me to someone else. Three times I've asked for a DIRECT number and have been assured it would get me there quickly. That is obviously only something they say, because apparently there is no direct line. After working with them for one full week and spending 4-5 hours on hold, I still do not have help and continually are directed to a technician who "knows all the answers." Today, (after a 1 hr. 5 min. hold) I did get a gentleman who seemed to understand and know what he was talking about, BUT he said he couldn't help me, even though that was the ***** I was promised knew what to do.Their hold message says their hold times are "longer than usual." I find that difficult to believe, since their usual wait time is over 30 minutes.In the meantime, I've called two other hosting companies and reached a tech within 5 to 10 minutes MAXIMUM.Something is definitely wrong with this company's customer service. I will be looking elsewhere.If you are looking for a new hosting company, I do NOT recommend this one.*********************

      I have had several sessions with customer service for ********************** recently for a problem they created. They sent a message requiring the re-setting of my password, only to find out the message was sent in error. There was no need to re-set the password. Since then, my e-mail has been nothing but problems. I have been on hold for more than an hour several times only to get a support rep who could not fix the problem. Then I was told that to fix the problem, I would need an Apple specialist which would result in an additional $59 charge. For the third time, I am sitting on hold for an extended period waiting for that golden opportunity to talk to an Apple specialist to fix the problem that Network Solutions caused. Not only do I get to sit on hold for hours, I get the privilege of paying $59 in the hope that someone will finally pick up the line. Do not use this company if you have the choice. Worst service ever!

Passwords are in no way linked to your *** or email settings to have the issues you are experiencing. We can confirm recently experiencing *** issues company-wide for many customers though. We would encourage you to again coordinate with our support team in order for them to definitively indicate if this is linked to the *** issues we are experiencing or if the issue is linked to your account only.

      I needed help with advanced dns settings and they told me I could use MyTime Support for 30 minutes at $29.99. They gave me a phone number to call and I was on hold all morning. I used to get right through but not anymore. One would think when you pay for the expert service there would be a more direct way to get it.
