      In October my credit card and bank account was compromised causing a payment to HostGator to fail to process. I contacted hostgator and was assured a backup of all my contents was going to be restored to a new server. Multiple attempts have been made and tier 1 understood what needed to be done. However the upper tier reply back with a form to fill out to transfer the content from another provider. That is not what I needed. The upper support team was suppose to restore all the content to the new server

      I cancelled this service within the first month of having it, they proceeded to charge me 143.88 12 months later. I called to express my concern. they refunded me and then 5 days later charged me again making my PayPal account go negative and keep telling me they have no record when I sent them multiple screen shots. They keep disconnecting me from the chat. I just want my information removed from their database and my 143.88 sent back to me.

      Company refuses to allow me to transfer ownership of a domain I purchased in the asset agreement in April 2024. They say they cannot find it, even though they are listed as the Domain holder for the former owner of the business on WHOIS.

      We've been a customer of Network Solutions for 20 years. When we renew services (hosting, domains, and email), we renew Everything. On several occasions, when the phone *** provides a price to renew, it is supposed to include all of the above, as usual. This time (as in 2021 and one other year), they misled us and left out email for two employees, yet told us the cost was for everything. It is a matter of record. Then the emails are soon blocked and they try to extort additional payment to restore those services. Meanwhile our emails are blocked and we cannot retrieve anything. Their phone ***s are either underhanded are just plain stupid. Do yourself a favor and bring your business elsewhere.

      Been locked out of my website for days on end. They said it's an on-going problem they keep having, and engineering would fix it. Nothing has been fixed. and my renewal is coming up in a month. I'm going to migrate to another hosting service. I cannot run a business without accessing my site. Today I am getting another song and dance I have submitted all the docs they have asked and I still have not received a resolution. **************** has been abysmal and my business is in turn suffering bc I cannot update the information to be up-to-date and compliant.

      This company is a scam. I got charged ****** from someone who was supposed to do my renewal. I want this taken off my account. It was processed on January 7th 2025. This charge was illegally put on my account for a non existent renewal that I did not ask for which caused my site to be down for several days. I had to call back in to get fixed correctly for the professional service that I have had for last 8 years.

      To the BBB, In the late 2000s, I purchased a web domain from a company called "Net Firms." I've tried for years to cancel it but their web domain does not recongize my email and the customer service is outsourced and impossible to penetrate. I've read similar stories online and its clear that Net Firms, first absorbed by Endurance International Group Holdings and now part of Newfold Digital, are running a predatory scam that makes it impossible for consumers to cancel accounts. I've attached some recent bills that indicate their charges. I'm grateful for any help that you can offer. Wishing you all the best, ****

      I renewed service with BlueHost. They gave me a price and I told them I would do it. I told them which card to use and then they were supposed to charge it. On 1/9/25 I found that they charged my old card. I did not agree to this. I contacted BlueHost via Chat and told them that they had charged the wrong card. There are previous BlueHost chat transcripts to show that they made this error as well. They told me they couldn't refund the full amount. I told them I didn't authorize it on my old card so they canceled my renewal service. I then had to call into BlueHost and tell them the issue with their service. They told me they have now charged the correct card. But I am left uncertain of if all my services are properly renewed. I also spent over an hour dealing with this simple credit card mistake and they did not do anything to make this right. I should receive a store credit or some discount for this huge inconvenience. I also need a followup invoice / receipt with the correct card and showing the continued service with BlueHost. I did not receive anything and don't know where my account stands as the Blue Host representative didn't sound truthful when speaking to me.

      Today they emailed me this. It did not address anything in my complaint as far as if I still need to pay or not. I was told they charged me and it was going to be renewed, their email says otherwise. Also never received a pdf with reversals and new charges for the correct card. Nor did they address any credit as for wasting numerous hours of my time for dealing with such an easy problem. See below

      I have had continues DNS and web hosting issues with my account for ******************* hosted through Bluehost since I started services on this account with them in December of 2023. They have continuously gas lighted me when I have contacted them, temporarily resolved issues on the website, only for it to go back down again. I have contacted them numerous times and the issue is ongoing. I have requested a refund multiple times and have now been denied the opportunity to speak with billing or a supervisor. I will be filing a formal lawsuit soon for my time wasted in chat support, on the phone, and with the amount spent on the website, opportunity cost with clients and other damages if this is not resolved immediately.
