5 starsI have had success with this program. I purchased the basic program at the end of March and was only charged for that. You need to be very careful when checking out and not just click on everything. The program is very straightforward and the recipes are very easy with basic ingredients. The first time I went through the 10 day program I lost 6 lbs. I maintained then went on 3 weeks later and lost another 6lbs. Its a very healthy program. I also like her short workout videos which you can find on ******** I feel better and I am starting to get back to my goal weight.Review fromWanda A

5 starsThis program is fabulous. Easy to follow and it's the first time in years I've seen results. The program is value packed and full of tips for success. The site is motivational and each day you receive more helpful information to add to your tool belt to succeed. I am so happy I made the decision to move forward. This is no joke or scam. 4 starsI've read a lot of the reviews here, and am honestly so sorry that so many have had issues and complaints. I have had a great experience and thought it would be worth sharing.I purchased ********** in May of 2020. It took me a while to figure out how the program worked (that's on me), but I enjoyed the workouts in addition to other programs I was doing. I then purchased the MetaBoost program in September of 2022; again, no problems. This time I studied the program a little better and figured it out. I began rotating ********** and MetaBoost and had GREAT WORKOUTS. I am 56 and fit.I basically follow my own "similar" meal plan, and primarily plant based, to deal with Type 2 Diabetes. But her nutrition advice is spot on.**happy to say I am no longer diabetic; current A1c of 5.5 (normal range). I continue to enjoy a plethora of ******************************* ******* video workouts, as well as the two purchased program. Now, having shared my great experience with Svelte Training, I would also just like to add, for balance and honesty, that I have not had great responses when I've reached out with questions. HOWEVER...... I have not purchased a lifetime access program, so I understand that she has "paying" customers that have to be her priority. I am considering another purchase. I love her workouts. I love her personality. I love her sense of humor. I am thankful that I had a great experience and hope that others will just be kind and patient and work with customer service to resolve issues. And I also hope that on their end, Svelte can work to prevent these issues going forward. I am continuing to pursue burning visceral fluff; but I can't blame the program, when it's my body that is the issue. I have been doing fitness for over 25 years...... all great programs, and MY body just struggles to burn the fluff. 1 starThis woman is nothing but a scammer! Constantly trying to sell you something in hounding emails. And you call to cancel and they still try to keep half of the 60 day money back guarantee. 4 starsThe meal plans and recipes are great. No supplements, all natural foods, reduced bloating. Really like the smoothie recipes. A bit expensive with regards to some of the ingredients needed . Tried all the recipes and only found 1 that I didn't care for.Review fromBarbara S

4 starsI lové thé meal plans and recipes, they are so easy! First time to buy all the spices, nuts, and foundational items - and then fruits, veg and protein was expensive. Facebook group very helpful and many reporting weight loss. Customer service has been great. I made sure they cancelled the 49 dollar trial subscription before it expired. I had an issue with a shipment for green food powder and they refunded right away. I recommend the food and exercise but pay attention to what you buy. And agree, emails constantly come in yo cross sell other peoples products. Just be smart and enjoy.Review fromSusan F

1 starDO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WOMAN!!! As others have indicated below they are scammers. You cannot even checkout without being up sold on two additional products. She just wants your money & will constantly email pressured offers to buy more products. I never even logged in & when I called to cancel they said I was charged tax on the purchase which could not be refunded because they were not the ones to initiate the charge.really?! Finally got them to agree on full refund however will see if it actually comes through. I will also check that they have not charged me for anything else as others have stated.Review fromConstance B

1 starTHIS COMPANY IS A ****!!!!! - Svelte Training aka Svelte Media aka SVTRAIN I never contacted them, never signed up for their service, never authorized access to my credit card, and never signed into their website. Amazingly, SVTRAIN withdrawals showed up on my credit card statements last year in August. It all started with three withdrawals on the same day: $29.00, $43.63, and $73.16. Seven days later, $49.00 was withdrawn. Thereafter, $49.00 was withdrawn monthly. All this happened on a credit card I do not use - I only have set automatic payments sent to this card. How did they get my credit card number? I do not regularly review this card because I have my own bookkeeping system for my payment schedule. Once I did, however, I found them in my account. I contacted my bank and alerted them to the ********** use of my card. I cancelled my account. My bank demanded SVTRAIN return the last three months of payments - the limit the bank can demand for me - and it was returned.I contacted SVTRAIN and explained the situation. They acknowledged I have never signed into their website. I was told three payments have been returned, and that is all they are allowed to return. I spoke to a supervisor, then requested a manager contact me with proof I signed up for their service and authorized use of my card. A week later, I called the supervisor back to inform her I never received a call from the manager. I reiterated this be escalated to someone who can handle this situation. She offered me three months of free service - I declined. I was not aware it is an exercise program known by the name Svelte Training.SVTRAIN has not contacted me to this day. I want my money back and will have to pay for legal services to have that done. I will start first with the Better Business Bureau. I believe SVTRAIN's silence speaks volumes. Based on the number of dissatisfied people writing negative reviews, a serious investigation needs to be made into this company.Review fromTanya M

Very misleading products. I was charged $30 and harrassed via email to purchase a lifetime access program which I did not purchase however was charged for anyhow at $51 days after my initial $30 purchase. I was told that I signed up for a trail when I purchased the first product. If I signed up for it as purchase, why the emails begging me for the membership I was then charged for? This is very misleading and near fraudulent. Please refund my money!!Svelte Media, Inc.

Please note that when you purchased the program, you were given the option to sign up for the 7-day free trial of this program you have recently been charged for. You will only have been charged if you did not cancel the program right after consuming the 7-day free trial. I can confirm here that the refund for this has been taken cared of.
