    Pool is now beautiful! Re-surfacing your pool is a process, but well worth it. Workers were phenomenal. I had a lot of questions during the process and ***** in the office, as well as ********* ****** answered them all. I would definitely recommend giving him a call

    The Pool Specialist recently resurfaced and retiled my pool and did a terrific job. ********* kept me fully apprised as the job progressed and they completed the job on schedule and as promised.

    We had the pool resurfaced two years ago. After I signed and sent some of the cash, they ghosted me for a few months. I had to email and call constantly before they showed up.Everything seemed fine until a year later, when we found a leak. The pool tech saw that one of the inlets returning water wasn't screwed in properly, I confirmed that it was when the resurfacing was done, and the pool specialists had plastered over it. I contacted them, and they couldn't care less. Now, another year later, I have to do another leak test. Avoid them and the headaches, they are specialists at only taking your money.

    ********* and his team, were superb in handling our pool resurface, right from stem to *****. On the outset, ********* handled our needs and concerns with utmost care and professionalism, and was always ready to help or coordinate at the drop of a hat. When we told him our concerns with our kids who are special needs and the concerns we had regarding the resurfacing, he was very compassionate and understanding and made sure that the not just the right material was used for our concerns, but made extra sure that everything was done to not just our specs but his own as well. The result is a beautiful resurfaced pool with a smooth surface and a great place for our kids to enjoy safely. Thank you to everyone involved and of course to *********, **** and the team. Cheers to you all. We would totally recommend them to anyone needing any pool construction and resurfacing needs. You can trust in their professionalism and judgment that they will make sure their clients are happy and satisfied. We stand by them.

    I chose The Pool Specialist based on reviews, their very prompt response to my inquiry and finally after meeting ********** their representative. He was extremely pleasant and made me feel very relaxed with my decision. I have to say that EVERYTHING went better than I could have imagined! I have had plenty of projects completed in my life to know that glitches happen, but this project is right up there at the top with all going flawless and the results are beautiful!!! I highly recommend ********* and his team!

    We recently moved into a new property and had no knowledge of the maintenance history of our pool. I called The Pool Specialist, and they sent ********* ****** to assess the condition of the pool. I was incredibly impressed with his expertise, honesty, and professionalism.********* conducted a thorough evaluation and gave us an honest assessment. He assured me that the pool surface was in perfect condition and didnt need any repairs, which was a huge relief. Instead of trying to upsell unnecessary work, he recommended repainting the edge and cleaning minor calcium buildup with pool acid, which was completely ************* top it off, ********* replaced a missing jet as a courtesy! Its rare to find businesses and individuals who operate with such integrity and genuine care for their clients.I highly recommend The Pool Specialist and especially ********* ****** for any pool services.     I received a postcard ad in the mail from The Pool Specialists at just the right time last year. I had been shopping around for a heat pump for some time and they were offering one with installation for a great price. I contacted them and soon ********* came out to do a site survey. He let me know everything that would need to be done including running the electrical to the heat pump location. I opted to use my own electrician to save a few bucks. ********* was very friendly and knowledgable and even helped me over the phone with financing for the project. There were some hiccups along the way with communication and installation, but in the end, I got the heat pump I wanted and have a happy family swimming in a warm pool. Thanks, *********!
