  Absolutely loved working with these guys. ********* and his team were on time, very thorough, and very conscientious about our Guests and the surrounding areas while they were refinishing our Pool.Had to reach out once or twice about checking on schedule but, when the promised day, they showed up in force and with a well trained crew that obviously knew their business Their pricing was on target and I will definitely use them again when the time comes to refinish our other pool.Great Job guys!

  ********* at the Pool Specialist was Great to Work with and he was the Best Person to Work with. He took care of my Whole Pool from Start to Finish and even took care of my Patio Paving. I would Recommend any one To this Company. Once Again THANKYOU TO ********* FOR ALL HIS HELP IN THE REFURBISHMENT OF MY POOL

  We had a lot of communication problems trying to find out when someone was going to show up. The pool was empty for 5 1/2 weeks, with work being done only 8 of those days. Seemed like no one knew when someone was supposed to show up. My understanding is they use subcontractors who caused scheduling issues. Most didnt speak any English which was difficult.I will say the tile crew was exceptionally skilled, diligent, and on time for their portion of the job. After 60 days, we still had issues with splotching on the refinished surface. We were ready to give up, but **** treated the splotching and within a week the result was GREAT! Overall, the new tile and resurfacing looks very good. Zain also replaced our pool pump, that went smoothly. The end result wouldve been 5 stars. But for the aggravation of having to hound our rep and the office for info on when somebody was going to show up, can only give 4 stars. **** delivered big time!

  In todays market finding a pool company that is reputable is very difficult. I came across the Pool Specialist and I have to tell you, They are by far the best. The owner **** is very responsive and he definitely does what he says he is going to do. They completed my remodel in record time without any glitches. I am very picky so when I recommend a company, they have to be great!!!!!

  **** and his crew just finished our pool renovation at the *********** Club. They did an excellent job not only renovating the pool but expanding our pool deck and adding drainage.

  We had an excellent experience with Francisco and Zain! They were both very accessible, responsive, patient, detailed & knowledgeable. We worked with them to resurface & retile our pool & to lay a new travertine deck. The workers were also easy to have on our property & did a great job. The Pool Specialists went above & beyond to ensure we were happy. Probably the best contractors we have ever hired on our properties.

  All I needed was a pool cleaning and a few pieces of equipment replaced. $200 for the cleaning that never got done, claims they came by Memorial Day to perform a full service (remove debris, scrub, test and add chemicals) I was home all day for a party with family and friends and at no point did anyone come by. Then $350 for a service call out Wednesday May 31, which that technician had proof of being there with a photo. However, after complaining about the pool cleaning not being done because I have my own chemical test equipment and have picture proof that it is NOT balanced, I have gotten radio silence after many texts and calls to Vicki or the phone number on the website. I asked to speak to a manager by text and voicemail… a week later and still no response. So now I’m out $200 for a service that never got done, and out $350 (was told $150 of that would go towards parts/repair) but only got as far as the guy looking at it. There is no invoice or report of what my pool may need for repairs even now a week later. So what did I actually pay for?? Someone to just LOOK AT IT!?

  Contacted Pool Specialists to purchase and install a heat pump. Called them on Monday and new heat pump and pad were delivered, installed, and up and running by Friday. Just in time for my daughters weekend pool party. We couldn’t be happier with their service.

  I Can't Recommend this place enough! When I Was looking to get my pool resurfaced I did research and got a few estimates. This company came out quickly, gave me my estimate. I went into the showroom to pick out tile and coloring and details. They came out immediately and began work and from start to finish it only took 4 weeks!!
  Pool was surfaced with Pebble tec, new tiles, salt system installed and deck painted. Francisco and Vicky in the office were always informing me of the work and I am VERY HAPPY with The result!

  We are pleased with our recent pool resurfacing done by The Pool Specialist. The crews were hard working and quiet. We barely knew they were out there. Dealing with the office staff was easy and they were prompt in replying to questions we had. Most of all, the newpool surface and new tile looks great!
