Contacted The Pool Specialists to resurface our pool. Francisco arrived the next day. He knew what we wanted, the changes that needed to be made and had great suggestions for a beautiful pool! Turned out Francisco was our project manager. He was always available and ALWAYS responded within 24 hours (usually within hours) to any questions issues. The pool looks absolutely great! Each portion of the project from demolition, plastering, tile and painting were completed in a timely and professional! Glenn W

In July 2019 we contracted with Zain to redo the pool surface. He was very helpful. On time as promised, they did the work and more than met our expectations. Work was done in the time frame agreed. Very pleased. AS a follow up this August 2022, in our hot tub there was some grout that came loose and allowed water to filter under the spill way. Zain arranged to have two staff come out and patch and fix this at no charge other than we supplied the grout. Much appreciate their accommodating our timing and need. We are still enjoying the new surface that was installed, a flat smooth surface vs pebble. Thank youThe Pool Specialist

5 starsMy family and I would like to thank the entire staff of The Pool Specialist, they build our pool in our home in Bellalago, the entire process was very simple , just had delays because of rain and small delays, it's construction so I understand that things happen here and there, but they were In full communication at all times. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the company Zain to come and inspect the pool himself . Overall we are beyond pleased with the service, the price and the experience of building our pool. Thank you again to the entire The Pool specialist staff
