Giovanna is a sweetheart. In addition to all her regular duties she has started the markets at Kindred. She has been working very hard to please both the residents and the vendors. I have been living in the ******* Subdivision for the pass 20 plus years and recently Artemis Lifestyles has taken over our H.O.A. I have been very please with the new community association manager Sandy *********. I asked for her help on a broken street gutter which was holding stagnant water in front of my house, and she quickly responded to the problem and helped me fixed the issue. She has been very pleasant to deal with and is making a positive impact on our community. She conducts herself professionally and also comes across friendly with a thoughtful manner. Assistant Manager for the CDD for Arteries lifestyles Management is awesome. Since she came on board things have changed tremendously. She has taken care of all my concerns by paying attention to detail. Her open door approach makes living in Kindred a great place to live. Our living situation
changed drastically. I hated the old management company and i was ready to sell my property but after Direne im sticking around longer. I also enjoy her fun activities that involve our children and the community lots of fun. Go Artemis you picked a great manager this time.Artemis Lifestyle Services, Inc.

First of all, is there a no star option? Because that is what they are - 0 stars.
My wife and I started an architectural request 3/15/2023 for a fence in the Orangebranch Bay subdivision since 3/15/2023. We have been very frustrated by this whole process and lack of actions of the part of the HOA. We have called numerous times without any movement happening. Again, we submitted everything requested in the ARB request correctly the first time back in March. Later we were told the HOA wanted a permit, which was not on the original ARB needed documents. But we submitted it. Then we were told to submit the contract, which was already submitted back in March under "2950 HOA." But we put it in again as a separate document to again make it easier to see. Now, the timeline was pushed back for us til 5/19, despite everything being submitted correctly again back in March. And now there has been no actions as of the "action date 5/19."
It's been a ridiculously long time for something that really should not take this long. We have submitted a deposit for the fence (not the fencing company's fault due to the incompetence of Artemis lifestyles), back in March. We called the Artemis Lifestyles and reach a representative promising to give us a call back and never do - the last being today - 5/25/23: Adriana (***********************.…).
At the end of the day, we are just trying to get a fence request. For God Sake, we are not asking them to do emergent surgery to save a life. We are not asking them to be in the battle lines in Ukraine against Russia. We are just asking them to either approve or deny a fence request that has been sitting there for months now. If they can't do that, what type of service are we expecting them to provide in society. It is sad and pathetic but go figure....Artemis Lifestyle Services, Inc.
