Disney, who owns more than they deserve to, pulled 20 channels off of Spectrum programming on 9/2/2023, with no warning and during prime time at 7 PM on a Saturday. The company is engaged in corporate bullying and corporate greed. Never give Disney money. The care nothing about the money supply chain which is the consumer. We were in the middle of watching US Open tennis matches and my TV went black. I called Spectrum and they informed me that they had no warning either and their call center lit up with hundreds of calls in the que out of the blue. Bullies!!! They literally crap on the money supply chain.!!!!!

I had the worse experience of customer service at Disney World. They are supposed to be about customer service and we paid a lot of money to bring the kids to experience a mediocre experience. My wife got in line at the Avatar ride right before they closed with my 2 year old son. My daughter had to make a quick stop to the restroom. Three staff members said they would get us in since we were right around the corner. We get there at 7:02, again they said they would get me in just wait a moment for them to turn people away. I waited .. then some rude young lady stepped in and said she wouldn’t allow it. Even though everyone said they would. Not only that she was rude about it. She walked away as my daughter sat there crying. I may be just one person but I will make sure to post and repost the lack of empathy Disney has towards its customers. As a shareholder I don’t like the direction the company is headed, I plan on selling my shares and putting it on my do not buy list. The workers need to be on the same page and show some empathy. My daughter will never forget that experience.

I tried purchasing WDW with my Disney Rewards Card. I also used my Chase card for the remaining amount. The transaction was declined due to accidently entering the wrong security code. When I tried to purchase the tickets again it stated there were no funds on my Disney Rewards Card. I called and was only told that the funds would go back onto the card in 24 to 48 hours. I flew all the way from NY to FL to be told there was nothing anyone could do. With all of Disney's technology, no one was able to assist me. So now I have to tell my child we can't go to the most magical place on earth cause they can't they are holding funds from a transaction that was declined. Thanks alot.

My family LOVES Disney and always will. No one else even comes close to matching Disney's *magic*. We had a wonderful time on our recent trip and made memories my family will always cherish.
      Thanks, Disney!

Spent our honeymoon at Disney World 36 years ago. Had always desired to go back, along with grandchildren, but the current reviews, wait times and current gender ideology, inclusivity and diversity - that has departed from common sense and traditional family values - has resulted in other entertainment choices!

The amount of nickel and diming Disney is resorting to because of their falling stock price is insane. Being there with small children was very difficult. We had to track a hundred things in the app, constantly be checking different things and then paying for every step. Disney needs a major overhaul - I recommend avoiding until they fix this mess of lightning lane, genie plus, virtual queue, park reservation, dining reservations, photo passes....just goes on and on. WTF Disney?? Way to take advantage of loyal customers and ruin their trip. I will not be back until this is all clearly resolved.

It has been my dream to take my 2 grandbabies, (4 years old and 8 month old) to Disney but the prices are a nightmare. I will not be able to afford almost $2,000.00 for tickets. Who does that, since when has it been impossible to get to the Disney parks?

      My heart is broken.

Disney tickets are no loner affordable, that company will have to lower their prices or it will crash soon.

Not what it used to be. Customer Service is all but gone in the resort. Everything is done through the App now - you have to buy a park pass (we got a Hopper) and you need a reservation to what would be our first park since we wanted to hop. And you need to additionally buy Genie+ if you want to go to any Lightning Lanes - used to be Fast Pass - and some of the attractions will additionally cost you for the Lightning Lane. You live your days on your phone (isn't vacation supposed to be to get away from that!?!?!). AND since you have to reserve and buy and stuff everyday (Genie+ is park and day specific) you can make dinner reservations for a park you will be at in the afternoon and by then they're all full. So admission is expensive but once you settle on spending that much, you have to spend more to actually do what you want to in the park.

If I could I give them 0 star, I just came back from Orlando and I had a very very bad experience of visiting Hollywood Studios, my 6 years old son been waiting for a year to see that awful place and he really regret, the park was so crowded and busy much more than capacity and Disney keep selling tickets and doesn't care about the situation!! each rides or shows had a long line and between 2 to 3 hours!! how I can keep a kid in a line for more than 3 hours for 2 minutes ride!!! I spend $457 to stay in line, I hope there is a way to get back my money, we did not have any meal from morning until 9 p.m. due to the waiting time and line, even for food we have to stay more than an hour to get a expensive and low quality food provide by Disney. I hate this word Disney!!
