      great service today because i had a technician that knew exactly what to do. Resolved our clog issue completely and without delay. thanks so much Del Air and technician Angel. you sure were one today.

      Sakeena came to our house at about 8pm and diagnosed and fixed our air conditioner issue. In addition she recommended a maintenance contract which we purchased.
      Sakeena was knowledgeable and very professional. You could not ask for a better service tech.

      We called on a Sunday night because our AC was down. A real person answered the phone and we had a technician out by Monday morning. Our technician was professional and not in an extreme hurry. He took his time and found one thing broken but wasn’t satisfied until he thoroughly examined everything and sure enough he found something on the outside unit. We were so impressed by how we were treated that we signed a three year contract to have regular maintenance. We will never look elsewhere.

      I had an issue with my A/C over the weekend. I called Del-Air late Saturday afternoon and spoke to a very helpful C/S representative. First I was surprised to actually speak to a person rather than having to leave a VM as it was the weekend. Cuddo’s to Del-Air for that. I explained my situation, she was able to squeeze me in for Sunday.
      The technician who was very professional and polite, arrived as promised on Sunday, and fixed the problem at no charge as I have a maintenance contract.
      I would strongly recommend Del-Air as they really came through for me in the busiest and hottest time of the year. They are a company that kept their promise.

      Del Air was running behind due to weather conditions but still kept their promise of coming though it was late at night. Technician diagnosed problem and repaired issue quickly. We appreciate their efforts in getting our situation resolved. Technician was polite and professional. Thank you again Del Air!

      The technician, Edwardo was amazing!! He was very knowledgeable and even did a work around so that I could have AC while the new part arrives. I had an amazing experience!!! Edwardo and Del Air rocks!!!!

      Horrible service and scheduling
      My builder went with this terrible company 2 years ago. They installed my system in a new build home. I have had nothing but problems with the a/c unit since day one. They have been to my home and every time find an issue that was created by the installer. I called them on 6-12 because my system was running 24/7
      They set an appointment with me for 6-19 when 12 passed and I had not heard from anyone I called them back. They said that they had no appointments in the schedule and scheduled me for 6-21


      I called back the after hours number that set the original appointment and they have it in their system and called del air to confirm and told me some one would be at my home today.

      15 minutes later I get a call back from del air telling me there is no way they can make it as promised and we'd was my only option. What happened to companies that stood by their word? What happened to honesty and integrity? Stay away from this company and they have no honor. If you are buying a new build home and this is your a/c installer move along. It will be nothing but headaches for as long as you own your home.
