      My AC unit stopped working on Monday night and they originally were not able to resolve stating it needed the condenser replaced. On Wednesday morning a technician **** came over and diagnosed that a wire was rubbing against the copper pipe which caused a leak to form. He repaired the leak, recharged it with Freon, and was able to get the unit up and running within a couple of hours.

      Ive been a customer of ********************** for years, but unfortunately, their service has gone downhill recently. I scheduled a routine maintenance visit, but instead of providing a standard check-up, the ********** focused heavily on upselling products and services I didnt need. When I declined, things took a turn and shortly afterward, my AC unit started having issues, and I later discovered the coil was damaged.I called Del-Air again, hoping for a resolution, but the second ********** was rude and simply repeated the same sales pitch, ultimately charging me without offering any real help. The same thing happened at my daughters house with the same diagnosis, same aggressive sales tactics, same result of a damaged unit shortly after their visit.Out of frustration, I called a different company for a second opinion. Their ********** told me that the damage appeared intentional, possibly as a method to pressure customers into expensive replacements or upgrades. This seemed too suspicious to be a coincidence, especially when a friend of mine reported going through the exact same situation with Del-Air.Its deeply concerning that multiple households have had nearly identical negative experiences. I can no longer trust this company with my **** needs and would strongly caution others to think twice before doing business with them

      NEGATIVE ZERO ZERO is my REVIEW. BAD BAD COMPANY I WILL NOT TRUST THIS ONE.I had real bad experience with their service. My AC broke in January, DelAir came in and told me needs this part and then that part--charged me for different parts, while still under WARRANTY.. I paid for all parts they requested - still nothing was fixed. in between their visits was several weeks delays, when I would try to reach some one--all I got was an operator who was totally helpless other than telling me some one will call.. no call ever came--this was the MOST frustrating company I ever dealt with in my 68 yrs of life. The first ********** didn't know enough that he threw away the MEMORY CARD from the board while replacing it.. Then another ********** came and said that there was some Attic wiring problem with my unit- w/o even noticing that the memory card was missing.. ************ takes these guys as staff to work on peoples ACs ? My house was burning up in 90 degrees, while all this was happening and I was constantly leaving messages w/o any return calls.. Finally I called Trane myself last month-and they suggested a reliable ********** whom I contacted, they came made the diagnosis at FIRST VISIT. Ordered a new MEMORY CARD and got my AC running in 1 week.Del Air has not taken any responsibility for this pain and suffering that I endured for 4 months.. The stress and anger you feel is beyond words--when the company completely ignores you.. and leaves you hanging, begging for them to fix it--when truly it was them who were part of the problem by throwing away the memory card..Also for the money they took for parts w/o trying to get them under the warranty.They continue to have the audacity to send me more bills w/o fixing any thing.I still have to receive a response from the billing department for the message and email i sent to them asking why are they billing me...I honestly don't know how a company can stay in business with this kind of service ethics.

      ZERO STARS-HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE September/October 2024, ******* installed a new ****** 2.5 ton 14.3 SEER2 Heat Pump System with Auxiliary Heat which included two (2) free service inspections.Del-Air took over ******* & provided the 1st service inspection.On 5/16, my smart thermostat advised the ** wasnt cooling. I called Del-Air for 24/7 emergency service. I was advised it would be 5/18 before someone could come. I had to call on 5/17 to obtain the time to expect the service person.On 5/18, after testing, it was determined the *** part was faulty. I was advised to set the thermostat for very cool in the morning to help the ** maintain the cool later in the day as temp increased.I have called on 5/19, 5/20, 5/22, and 5/23 for status. The **************** **** are not helpful and refuse to transfer the call to someone who can help. I was able to speak to someone in Parts, who confirmed the part was ordered on 5/19, it should take 2 days to receive, that was on 5/22! I finally gave up calling, as they WILL NOT help!Today, 5/28, I decided to see if there are any customer reviews of ********************** and to my surprise, there are many! The sad part is that it appears Del-Air management only responds to public reviews, when responding to a customers call, at the time they are experiencing poor customer service, would be more professional. I can only hope that someone from Del-Air will call and advise the status of my ** part and when I can expect it to be installed! As well as explain why a company as large as Del-Air provides the poorest customer service I have ever experienced!I would not/will not use or recommend Del-Air for ANY service. Unfortunately, for my **, Im stuck with Del-Air due to the ** warranty.

      Awful experience after using their service for over 4 years. Tried to charge me very high service rate for a repair. Tried to get a call back from supervisor but they would never call back. I proceed to cancel my service contract in January and the company kept charging me the monthly fee. Despite many calls and promises they would credit me ba k, they did not. Had to put in dispute with credit card company. Would never reccomend them. It seems something has change, may ownership.

      ZERO STARS. This company lies and leaves families with no A.C. I have tried for almost 2 months to contact this company regarding my regular service tune up with no response. Now my house is 86 degrees at midnight and they never showed up to the service call I finally could schedule because it was urgent, ***** called me and when I called to find out why, I got told they couldn't reach dispatch but my appointment was still on the books, another 40 mins goes by and im told someone(but they dont know who)rescheduled our appointment for tomorrow between 12 and 2, which is during my grandfather's wake. Not a soul called me to change this appointment, and I had been asking to speak to a supervisor for hours but kept getting told he would call me until I was finally told he wasn't available and was gone for the day. It is now many days later and still have not heard from anyone regarding this matter. A technician did eventually come out and repair our system though. This company is unprofessional, and i had to shell out money for a hotel because I was lied to. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

      I have moved to ******* recently and have Del Air as our ********************* I have found Del Air as an extremely professional company. Their service technicians are courteous, well trained and professional. During two tune up appointments, technicians show up in time and complete the job efficiently.
