      If I could give **** Air zero stars, I absolutely would. Unfortunately, we've had to use them four times due to our new home warranty requiring itnot by choice.The first ********** was incredibly rude and condescending. When I raised concerns about one of the rooms being excessively hot, he dismissed me with, Let me explain some science to you, implying the heat was due to my three computer monitors. His tone was completely disrespectful, and frankly, felt discriminatory. I had to call my partner out of work to deal with him, only for them to later discover the real issueno insulation in the room. That ********** actually told us he couldnt check the attic because he was too big to fit, and the company admitted they'd send "someone skinnier" next time. Yes, that was a direct quote.The second ********** was respectful and helpful, acknowledging the insulation issue and the need for someone who could access the attic. No complaints there.However, the most recent visit was another frustrating experience. The ********** did not use any protective coverings, resulting in insulation being tracked all over my home. There was no care or consideration for cleanliness or respect for our ********** Air has shown a lack of professionalism, respect, and consistency. I would not recommend this company to anyone if you have a choice. Note that I could write additional things about their ********** and demeanor, however, hopefully this is sufficient reason to not book with them.

      Scheduled a pre paid service call, never came. Called again, was told I was left a voice mail to reschedule to a date I would not be home. Called again and was promised a visit the next day from 8 to 10 Am. Called me back to re- schedule from 10 to 12. NEVER CAME OR CALLED BACK
