      They came to inspect my AC unit and lied to me about the diagnosis and misled me into paying more money. Up front, they claimed that I needed to spend the most money possible (replacing my entire AC system). They claimed that there was a leakage, but upon a second professionals opinion, there was no leakage and big measures such as replacing my whole unit is just unnecessary. To confront the issue, Ive tried to call several times but have gotten no answers back. Anybody who has answered the phone has told me different information, and the supervisors who were supposed to return my calls have never reached out. The service has been poor and all they wanted was to get more money out of me. Also, since I am a member of DelAir, i should be granted a free diagnosis, but i was still charged almost $400 for a misdiagnosis and he left without raking any measures to actually repair the issue.

      Del Air is not a good company. I bought a new A/C unit in July 2024 for $14,000 and is not working fine, came with a leak, they said they had to order a piece that was not good at the beginning that it will be here in 15 days. So far didnt get it, on February 5 th it stop cooling and not turning down, they came and said it was leaking Freon, filled up, it stop working already again. I dont think this is right. Maybe someone got a defective unit, returned and they brought it to me. This is not fair, I want this solved, with a new unit, ASASP before I go further to court and call a TV station. This is very expensive for them to play with me. The tech that came in February to refilled with the Freon said that it needed a new piece. Where it is? They better bring a new one. This amount of money is not for playing games I thought they were a good company. Im 80 years old and does not deserve this kind of fraud. My sisters are 88 and 84. Del Air better bring a new perfect unit. We are paying for it. My electric bill will be hight because this unit its running continuously but not cooling, showing 83 * when its set on 76. ***** *******

      ****** was my tech, and his trainee ( forget him name at the moment ), but was very pleased with their work ethics. They were very professional and just very nice guys. I will not allow any other tech to work on my A/C besides ******. Both were very through in their job and a ++ to the trade.

      Had our yearly check up and maintenance done on our a/c unit. Our technician **** noticed our uv light bulb was cracked. He was able to replace it and upon it starting to work we noticed immediately the difference in the air in our home.
