      Del Air is the best company you could deal with for plumbing and ac. They are reasonable in their pricing and they go beyond standing behind their service and work. I had a back up in my drain line and Jason and Chris came within 2 or 3 hours from when I called Del Air and fixed the back up. This was the day before Thanksgiving. I was surprised and thankful at their quick response and the knowledge of their employees. They absolutely go above and beyond the call of duty.

      Del Air heating and air conditioning sucks! Our blower motor broke in our air conditioner. We have a maintenance contract. After over 2 weeks, no fix as they said they couldn't get the part. In *******, we have either been freezing or sweating for over 2 weeks. Finally, i called another company. They came out same day, replaced the motor -- and it was $1100 cheaper than the Del air quote. We cancelled you. What a rip off!

      The outside unit stopped working. Called Del-air, a repairman was sent over at the appointed time. The repair was completed. During the repair we were told about how the motor needs to be replaced and the cost of the new repair. We were told about the maintenance program offered and if we joined. Since then, we can't get anyone to return a call for the needed repair, can't anyone to make appointment for maintenance. I have called 4 different times, and have been told a manager would look into the situation. Then the next call, supervisor would look into the situation. The last 2 calls were escalated to who knows where. Never have heard back from anyone there. Repair still needs to be done and semi annual maintenance is due now.

      my husband and I bought a new house five years ago and Delair installed the unit. The original unit unit they installed was installed in properly and within six months of us moving in we had to have the system re-done because we have a bonus room ***tairs and the actual event going ***tairs was crushed. we recently had ******** come out in October after four years of us having a technician come out twice a year for maintenance and we have mold on top of our unit and up in the attic as ******** looked and saw. Now we feel like after four years of constant , a year people coming out to check the ** unit for us and maintain it they want to charge us $2300 to fix it. My husband and I dont feel like this is our fault since weve paid them to maintain this and weve saw the mold and nobody else that come out has saw the mold. ******** was the only one in the last four years that went up in the attic and checked the unit thats up there and he saw mold up there as well. No one will call us back after my husband has had numerous accounts with as a representative and she will not call back. We are so close to getting a lawyer very very soon. Has anyone else had any issues like this with Delair. Again nobody will return our call. We called the number for service and we were told that the higher *** were getting an email that was urgent and no one from the higher-*** whoever got the email has called us back.

      Outstanding!! I needed help with a Nest thermostat installation that I had an issue with. I reached out online in the middle of the night (3am). To my surprise, I got a response that someone would call me in the morning. As promised I got a call first thing in the morning. I was scheduled to have a tech come out the same day between10am and 12pm. I then got a call that he was hung up and moved me back to a window from 12 to 2. I called about3 and was told he was still behind and it would be closer to 4:00 or 4:30. (Now Im getting skeptical) The tech was still hung up so they found one in the area that had finished up. He arrived and got right on it. Hed my problem diagnosed and fixed in less than an hour. The techs name was ***** and he was awesome. Done and at a fair price. I highly recommend *****Air and would tell you ask for *****.Thats a long story but I couldnt be happier. They kept me informed and same day service. You just dont see that level of service often anymore. Thank you ****-Air and *****.

      I wouldn't give them a star but felt like a needed too. Our air conditioner quit and needed someone to come over and called Del Air. They sent over a man named ****** and all he wanted to do was get after me because he said I was talking bad about him and he was going to leave if I didn't talk nice. He made me so mad that I started to cry and he, my husband and daughter went outside. When my husband and daughter came back they told me that he acted like he was going to come after my daughter but didn't. He lefted and I called Del Air but they didn't act like they cared. Unfortunately our air conditioner didn't get fixed. I will not have anyone from Del Air step on our ground.

      Del Air is a great company but they need to spend more time training on these new units but overall they do great work and stay with it. Until it's fixed
