In February 2022, I called a broker for information about a load. He told me I wasn't set up (Carrier packet that broker use to be able to legally work with a trucking company)
He sent me a carrier packet that my company never filled out.
This broker then made a report on Carrier411 website. Falsely calmly my company of fraudulent business practice, negative review saying I didn't pick up a load. A load I never received a confirmation since we can't legal do business till a carrier packet has been submitted and reviewed and excepted. All of this was done with bad intent. Carrier411 posted this review without investigation and no way to dispute and remove. Carrier411 has cost my business tens of thousands of dollars.Initial Complaint

Carrier 411 reports false information to freight brokers who use their services to look up carriers. We have been in business for over 4 years , family owned and operated with 2 trucks. I run the company and my father and brother are the only drivers with our company owned trucks and trailers. Carrier 411 has a flag on my company that reads possible double broker which prevents us from working with freight brokers who get their data from carrier 411 not the government organization fmcsa. I tried calling this company to find out what is going on with their report that has some brokers avoiding working with us and shortly after speaking to the lady who answered the phone she hung up and blocked my number. I called back using a different number and was blocked again. This company does not communicate what so ever , no dispute system and has no claim versification or investigation system at all. As long as you are signed up to their services as a broker and pay their membership fees you can falsely claim anything you want about any carrier. Since I have not been able to communicate or find out what is going on I came to an assumption that this company also uses filters that identify flags, for instance I am the CEO of my company and I am Armenian American , my last name ends in *** and because Armenia is known for doublebrokering they have this filter that discriminates Honest Armenian Americans who own and operate a trucking company by flagging as possible double brokering. I have fellow Armenians that are in trucking as well who are solo owner operators , honest working people that are in the same situation, their company's are also flagged as possible double brokers that prevents freight brokers from working with us.
This is a typical discrimination case , unfair business without regulation and it needs to be stopped by BBB. They are making millions of dollars and preventing small businesses and minorities from makeing their fair dollar. America runs on trucking!Initial Complaint

I HAVE CALLED 411 CARRIER MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT MY AUTHORITY, AND EVERY TIME I CALLED A NEW BROKER THEY WOULD TELL ME THAT MY AUTHORITY IS NEW. MY AUTHORITY HAS BEEN ACTIVE FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS, AND THEY KEEP MAKING UP AN EXCUSE THAT THE FMCSA DATA BASE IS SENDING IN THE WRONG DATA. WE CALLED FMCSA AND THEY DO NOT WORK WITH THIRD PARTY, AND THEY EVEN STATED THEY HAD THE SAME CALL ABOUT ANOTHER CARRIER WITH THE SAME ISSUE. THE ONLY ANSWER WE GOT FROM 411 CARRIER IS THAT THEY ARE WAITNG ON FMCSA TO UPDATE THEIR DATA, BUT THE DATA IS UP TO DATE AND WE CAN SEE THAT OUR AUTHORITY IS ACTIVE. 411 CARRIER HAS AFFECTED OUR COMPANY AND WE ARE LOSING MONEY DUE TO BROKERS RELYING ON THEIR DATA ON CARRIERS. IT IS THIER WEBSITE AND THEY SHOULD BE GIVING PEOPLE ACCURATE INFORMATION. WHEN WE CALL THEM THEY WOULD HANG UP THE PHONE AND NOT ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS. On their service it shows that we have problems with insurance and well as with our carrier authority.
But based on fmcsa we don't have any issues, I have called to fmcsa and have confirmed it.
Almost all brokers work with Carrier411 and because of wrong information, they don't want to work with us.Initial Complaint

They put accusation from any brokerage company against trucking small businesses without proof.
I've been doubled brokered thru a fraud,( which in our profession against the law), on a truck load with two companies involved, one of them is a broker ***************, that I didn't take the load from but he's still involved in the fraud and still claiming payment on this load even though I hauled it and paid expense on it plus provide all original documents to the shipper which he didn't and the shipper approved my paperwork not his because his paperwork were false that wrere taken from mine thru the fraud . So he went and reported me to Carrier411 and they took his word without proof and list it to all brokerage companies to see on their website, as if I'm the one who did it not him. I have proof of how I took the load and I have all original paperwork but they didn't ask for any, they didn't even put my word against his they just posted his allegations, and now no broker will give me any loads even the ones I used to deal with, how do you let them do that, I'm a small trucking company and I will not survive in the market while anyone can say anything without proof. Now I did report *************** and the other carrier company to FMCSA. but it's looks like the process will take time and in the meanwhile my business is deeply affected by what Carrier411 posted on me without proof. If they want to put any information for other companies to see at least they should do the effort of asking for proof. I woould have been more than happy to so. instead they asked me for info I told them the truth but still post it his alegations without proof . They don't even give option to print what you answered them on their website. they are a bad business built on the false information.Initial Complaint

On September 7, we received the report from Carrier 411 that broker had made a complaint against us. The report said that we have 72 hours to respond. On the same day, we responded to the complaint. On the same day, we lost a broker who refused to work with us and the freight tender with another company because the complaint had already been posted by Carrier 411. We were patiently waiting for revision, and three days later we found that none of that was performed and the complaint was posted like it was at the beginning.
I have tried to call Carrier 411, but all our phone numbers are blocked by them and the voice states this is done on purpose to avoid any contact with us. On their website upon submission of the claim, there is a statement you need to agree with:
"By submitting this report, you acknowledge and agree it is not intended to be used for the purpose of gaining an advantage in a dispute. Likewise, it is not intended to harass, oppress, injure, defame or disparage any person, entity or their goods and services. You acknowledge and agree that the information provided in this report is solely your opinion and not necessarily the opinion of Carrier411 Services, Inc. You further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Carrier411 Services, Inc. along with its officers, directors and employees from and against all claims and actions arising out of or resulting from this report. You also acknowledge and agree this report is an accurate representation of facts and, and if necessary, you can provide documented proof to support all reported items and comments."
We have requested the "documented proof to support all reported items and comments" from the complainant since Carrier 411 blocked us everywhere. They managed to prove one item, but the rest of the reported complainant could not provide documented support, only opinions. Such verification must be done the Carrier 411.Initial Complaint

This company or business is brokers membership where they post negative comments and complains about carriers . The problem with is is only one sided they post whatever they want without being scrutinized. A complain should be both ways if you have a complain about someone or business allow them a chance to explain themselves but this company does not allow that . We need more openness and fairness . I have my own transportation company and I am finding many brokers use carrier411 to get information on carriers in order to book a job. Well, carrier411 is not a legit company. They are posting incorrect information and will not speak to a carrier. If you call, they automatically block your phone number. They are supposed to get their info from******, but obviously they aren't using what the****** puts out. The brokers who use carrier411 will not check the SAFER like they should and will not book jobs because of the wrong information given to them by carrier411.Initial Complaint
