    I had an appointment through ******* with thud company to fix my broken washing machine. They never called and when I did call to figure out if they was coming. The lady said she would have the technician call me. He did call me, but he was suppose to call me back in 10 to 15 minutes. He said he needed to check with management to see what was going on. He never called back. I called back to see what was going on. The lady that answered tried to get in touch with the technician again, but didn't get an answer. She said she would have him call. Still no call or no follow up. I don't know what happened with my appointment, I don't know if or when they maybe coming out to fix my washer. This is poor communication and bad customer service.

    This company was sent out by Best Buy Geek Squad to fix my dishwasher and told me to call if there were any problems. Well there are continued problems and I have called and emailed repeatedly to get them to address this and NO ONE calls me back. This was through my existing warranty with Best Buy so I did not pay this vendor direct.

    Cone appliance sent a technician to look at a warranty repair issue. The tech called ******* and discussed the issue and he told me it was resolved. The cooktop would be replaced. He told it should be in in a couple of weeks. After about a month I called Cone and they informed me that ******* said it was due to customer damage ( which it wasn't). When I called *******, they told me Cone told them it was customer damage. I've called Cone ********************** numerous times and they will not return my call.

    ************* ********** dryer broke on Dec. 28th. I called ******* and got a work ticket (#**********) on Jan 5. I got automated verification from Cone Appliance immediately, and they scheduled an appointment within 48 hours as required. The repair man showed up, and he showed me the sensors he replaced. He left, I tried to do a load of laundry, and the dryer didnt work. I texted and emailed the company immediately and got no response. I called ******* again and received another ticket number ***********) on Jan 12. Again, I received automated messages from Cone Appliance. However, they never contacted me to set up an appointment. On Jan. 18, I called them. They lied and said that ******* cancelled the order. I asked why, and she said because they wouldnt pay for a return visit. I asked why didnt Cone Appliance stand behind the work they did. She said there was no warranty on the parts they replaced. (I found out later that there is actually a 90 day warranty on their work.) I asked why didnt someone inform me that the ticket was cancelled, and she had no reason. I informed her that this was poor business practice, and she said, Sorry.Then, I called *******. I got another ticket number ***********) on Jan 18. I got the automated messages again. Nobody called to set up an appointment. I called Cone on Jan 23. They said they were still waiting on *******. I called ******* on the 25th. They escalated my service ticket. Today (Jan 26), I got an email from ******* that my ticket was canceled by me. This was done by Cone Appliance. I called *******, and they escalated my ticket again, and I refused to work with Cone Appliance. Theyll have to find another service center for me. Since I live in a rural area, Cone is the only service center assigned to my area. I did request another company after the first time, but there were hoops to jump through. This whole problem is due to them not wanting to drive out to where we live and do the actual work

    Cone Appliance Repair stated they would fix my defective ice maker via a ticket through ******* for the defective part that is under a class action law suite. They scheduled a repair on 1/24/2024 between 8:30am and 1pm for a Technician to come out and fix this. I took off work and no show no call. I called this company 5 times and left messages that were not returned! My husband also called this company and no call back. I also texted them, no response! I am appalled by their customer service! This is unacceptable, this company should be shut down! I had to make a second ticket with ******* as no one from Cone Appliance would return my phone calls, that ticket was cancelled by Cone Appliance!

    Friday, Jan. 12th, Technician came for a warranty repair job. Told us the unit was running temporarily but would break again. Tech said he would recommend our ****** replaced but when I called ******** the noted just say parts replaced, unit running..Company is reporting incomplete information for monetary gain as they do not recommend replacing the unit.

    I have contacted ******* in order to fix a problem with my dishwasher (which was under warranty).They opened up a ticket with their ONLY (!) designated repair service provider for SW ******* (Cone Appliance), who set up an appointment on 12/28/23 whereby their rep ***** showed up, noted the issue: a black rubber flap (inner door panel splash guard) came partially unglued, tore it completely off, took it away and said it will be replaced within a few days, one week **** Since then, Cone Appliance never contacted me, I tried to call them 5 times in the past 3 days only getting to VM and not a single call-back. I contacted ******* Customer support about this and apparently Cone Appliance closed the ticket!!! Just tore away the damaged part and that was how they "fixed" the problem. Even ******* reps cannot get through to them! At this point I have no clue where I stand -- my dishwasher is missing a part and Cone Appliance is nowhere to be found!

    On 11/21/23 Cone Appliance sent a service technician (****) to my home to replace a probe in my ******* Range. The housing unit for the probe was located on the top right of the unit. While trying to remove the old housing unit for the probe, the technician applied a heavy amount of pressure, which in turn, cracked the upper right corner of the glass top (that sits on top of the range). At first the technician tried to tell me that the shattered glass top was like that when he arrived. I called him out saying, you know as well as I do that it was not cracked. I watched you crack the glass top when you were removing the probe unit. He admitted fault and told me he was ordering a new glass top; It would take about a week. He spent 15min typing on his tablet at which time I believed he was typing up the order repair for the glass top. 2 weeks went by and we called Cone Appliance to ask when they were coming out to replace/repair the glass top the technician cracked. It was at that time the manager got on the phone, said the technician didnt crack the glass top, a replacement was not ordered, the service ticket was closed, and hung up on us. When we called back the manager said, if you have a problem, call Assurion to put in a service request, then hung up again. They have since refused to answer the phone or respond to any voicemails or emails sent to them. This company was sent out by Assurion. The range was covered under a 5yr service warranty. Cone Appliance was the company Assurion sent out to do the service repair. ******** says Cone Appliance is responsible for repairing the damaged glass top because their technician cracked it during the repair and that I need to contact them directly. Both Assurison and ******* have tried several times to contact Cone Appliance on my behalf with no avail. They have the same result.. Cone Appliance wont answer the phone call, respond to emails, or voicemails. The glass top replacement is $397.53 plus the cost of installation.

    Very hard to get in touch with. Might have to call ***** times before a lady answers and then puts you on hold for another ***** mins. Have a washer thats 3 months old and has been broken for 2 of those months. Cone has come out twice to repair the washer with no luck. New control board and everything and still broken Trying to get GE to exchang out for a new one but cone doesnt try to help out one bit. The techs at cone say they never ran into this issue before and to try and get an exchange with GE. Well needless to say I cant get cone to answer the phone calls from ge so they can tell them its irreparable. So Ive been back and forth trying to get cone to get in contact about my washer so I can get a new exchange done. Tired of going through hoops and dealing with this. They are no help what so ever. You would think an authorized repair service center would want to help out a warranty customer with such a new machine. My washer went out on November 26, 2023 and here we are, Jan 10, **** and still nothing has been done. No action on their part except saying they dont know how to fix it. How about just tell GE that its irreparable and to give me a new one and we can go on about it business and start fresh. Really really frustrating dealing with warranty work.

    Absolute worst **************** experience. We have an issue with our ******* ice maker. Because it is out of warranty, we have to call ******* first. After 45 minutes on the phone with *******, they refer us to their preferred provider, Cone Appliance. Cone came out the first time and fixed it. A week later it was acting up again. They made us go back through ******* for another ticket number. They ignored the ticket because it didnt have what they needed. So after numerous calls to them which they didnt answer, they texted me and told me what the ticket had to say. Then I called ******* back and asked them to change the ticket. They did immediately. Since then Cone has not returned any of my calls or texts. This has been going on for a month now
