      I was given an estimate for a deep cleaning of $622.00 of w hitch I was to pay $314 and based upon their review of my insurance $308.00 was to be paid by my insurance company. My appointment was scheduled on 10/07/2022 and when I arrived they required that I pay $568 up front to have the work done. The procedure was performed and billed to my insurance company and they paid the $308.00. Adding my payment and the insurance company payment together they received $876.00 or $256.00 over the estimate provided to me even though they only did what they recommended. I received a bill dated 11/12/2022 indicating a charge for the procedure in the amount of $308.00 which the are asking me to pay. When I called and complained I was told that the $622.00 amount provide to me was only an estimate I was told they would re-submit the bill to my insurance company. I received a second bill dated 12/31/2022 in the amount of $308.00. Based on the detail they provided to me there must be a billing error and they owe me $260.00

      Had to go back for them to fix some dental work they did. Was told I wasnt going to be charged multiple times. About a year later they send me a bill so I call. The staff there is extremely rude. She actually had the nerve to try and threaten to charge me more haha. I would never recommend this place to anyone

      I went to this Dentist Office on 9/20/22. I had the same issue other customer complaints have expressed. I was charged for the Periodontal Evaluation with out being asked if I wanted the procedure done nor was informed that this was not covered by Insurance. This seems to be a standard practice even though there have been previous complaints about this. I have never been subjected to this style of billing before from any Dentist Office. I have always been informed if anything was not covered and then asked if I wanted to proceed, It seems they are trained not to tell you and then you find out upon checkout that you owe money. This is totally unacceptable. This coincides with the practice of the tech trying to up sale products (electric toothbrush) while getting your cleaning. My tech spent more time trying to sell me product than the actual cleaning. I'm guessing they just plan on continuing with this practice and maybe take care of the few who complain. I don't recommend this place at all.

      Unprofessional and misleading company. Trying to bill someone for declining services even though they weren't disclosed when booking the appointment is poor business practice. Then when speaking with the representation they are rude and unprofessional. Will never again deal with them in any capacity and I implore others to do the same.

      The Cape Coral office is terrible with scheduling. Twice now I had issues with my daughters apt. January we had an apt for her filings we get to the apt and they have no records of her apt even though I had a text confirmation. They made us reschedule for July 18. I called to confirm her apt yesterday July 15th and once again they lost her apt info. I spoke to the manager and there was nothing they could do to help I was told. My daughter has been waiting for months to get her filings and they constantly mess us our apts. they do not care about their patients and are extremely terrible at scheduling apts.
