I booked appointments and on 3 different occasions when I show up they have 'No Record' of my appointment. You wait over an hour to be greeted and they are beyond rude. Everyone in waiting area was frustrated. The staff is unapologetic and condescending. Stay far away.

I don't know why and how they are still in business. They are unprofessional. My appt was given to someone else while I was standing in line waiting to be seen. They switched me to another doc unknown to me and made me wait 2hrs to be seen. She told me I had to come back later that day to get the filling. I have been in severe pain for 4 days now. I feel like my nerves are exposed. Called for a follow-up appt and the said I can't come in for another week. I WISH I NEVER STEPPED FOOT INTO THAT OFFICE.

I was told by the dentist that the insurance covered my crown and she was surprised as it is unusual. I was told that my co-payment would be only $55.00. Now I am receiving bills from the dental office in the amount of $433.00 and also from the Cigna insurance Company for $1,656.00. This is very shameful, someone made a mistake in your office and the patient is made out to be the scapegoat. I don't think this is very nice. In fact, it should be illegal what you are doing. I have made an appeal to Cigna and filed a complaint as well. This Company goes by Towncare Dental Associates of **** ****** **. Obviously, they don't know what they are doing there, Too busy with idle gossip to be doing their work. They need to focus and pay attention to their work. I will be sending via mail all the paperwork showing the original bill you sent me for $55.00. Someone should be fired. You don't even deserve one star! All this at a time that I am still recovering from hurricane Ian, the insurance doesn't pay and I have to pay to fix everything in my house, roof was damaged and I have to pay for it. I cannot afford all these expenditures.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I made an appointment with **************. I have called the office manager, *********************, every day for 5 days (being overcharged and not a receiving a complete exam) and she has yet to call me back. They tried to sneak in a $67 charge and she just poked a couple of teeth and decided I needed an eval from a periodontist. In her Dr. notes she called it a full exam! I call that lying. Just imagine if you had an emergency!---- and it gets worse! I went to the perio and whatta cluster! They ALL said that it was covered by my insurance and it wasn't. Is this a SCAM? I suggest avoiding any dental care under the umbrella of Dental Care Alliance LLC, (which includes All ******** Dental operations and the Dental Specialty Center of ***************) and find more reputable practices that don't lie. They don't deserve a single 'star' rating. Be wary... keep your teeth!

Dental One Associates in College Park GA provided me with the WORST Dental Experience I ever had in my 63 years on this earth. THE WORST!!!!!! To begin, the billing coordinator, Annette, had me totally confuse about the Billing process. I was told pay this $331 or no treatment. I told her her that I have Medicare Insurance for Senior Citizens. Her reply - you have to pay the $331 or no treatment. A poor job of explaining the billing process. While calling my insurance provider to find out what is the process, several weeks go by. Then I told the dentist, McMillon, Mellissa, DDS, that I didn't wanted to go along with treatment plan because it wanted to remove teeth that were not necessary to be remove. I had this infected tooth dangling in my mouth for a month from the first office visit. The treatment plan costing over $4,000 seem to be more important then my well-being. The treatment plan would of prolong the the time before extracting this dangling infected tooth. With an attitude, she ask me - what do you want. I told her that I wanted this dangling tooth remove. I got my Dental Images, records and got the **** on. I only wish that I have done my due diligence and looking up the reviews on this place before going because would have never gave them my business. It's 's one the most unprofessional Dental Facility I've experienced. A Dentist with an Attitude - I can't trust you in my mouth.

We regret establishing our daughter at Main Street Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics of Cape Coral office. We were referred to Dr. A by one of her dental assistants. She is more than amazing, but the rest of the staff is incompetent and unprofessional. On February 2023 we received a bill for all services provided since our daughter was established at the beginning of 2022. Two months after, with several phone calls and promises from different employees that the claims were to be processed, our outstanding balance has been sent to a third party collection agency. Our insurance is through the Federal Government. Medical and Dental providers cover preventive dental services so it’s not an issue of lack of coverage. This office has failed to follow the appropriate steps to file the claims and receive payment. After finally speaking with one of the Office Managers today, it is clear to me the staff and leadership at this office lacks empowerment, ownership, professionalism, and even appropriate training to perform their jobs. Read the entire review at https://www.yelp.com/biz/main-street-childrens-dentistry-and-orthodontics-of-cape-coral-cape-coral-2?hrid=TdOo4v2oJ2YwIwb4hYDzJw&utm_medium=reroute&utm_source=apple_maps It is worth notating that we have been in contact with our insurance providers throughout the entire process, but there is nothing they can do to expedite or process. Medical insurance provider needs the documentation to process the claim, dental insurance provider can’t process the claim until medical completes theirs. If you read this far, thank you. I have 20+ years of experience in customer service and I am still in shock of the treatment received.

I had a appointment today. Tuesday, March 7, 2023. And my apt was 10:00a. Got to the office early because I didn't want to be late. The dental tech was late calling me. I had to reschedule my transportation. The manager was inform about this situation and she could care less. She had an DON'T care attitude. And ask me why did I come early. She need to be replace.

The most corrupt and dishonest business ever. The dentist uses deceiving tactics to trap his patients by taking a multiple X-rays. For example, he took a ct scan without my knowledge and consent , avoid it like the plague.

My family and I were long time patients of Dr G*** who formerly owned this practice. When current ownership took over service levels dropped (despite the nicer new location). Wait times prior to appointments were regularly 20 mins in the lobby, and I started to question some of the care I was receiving. Ultimately we left and went to a new dentist, and upon my first appointment with our new provider it was discovered I had a number of cavities. The kicker was that at least one of them was visible in the x-rays sent over by Premier Dental. So essentially, they should have seen the cavity at the time and acted on it but did not. Now I require root canal which could have potentially been avoided. Very disappointing.
