    We used Pack & Load Services in conjunction with PODS to move across the country in early April 2024. The crew that came to load our belongings was exceptional- courteous, strong, careful. We were astonished at how efficiently they packed everything, and did so without incurring extra time costs. Thank you ************

    Great experience, all around. From scheduling at near last minute, the crew who moved me made it out to the POD site even before I did. Also, even though they arrived earlier than me, they didn’t start charging me until they actually started filling the truck from my POD. It shouldn’t have to be mentioned, but nowadays a lot of companies will stick it to you any way they can, so I appreciate their honesty. Also, the crew was top notch, moving all out belongings up to the third floor apartment using the stairs because the elevator was busted. I felt so bad about that, but there was nothing I could do, and they never complained. Everything was neat and orderly, and I would definitely use their services again. I hope they keep up the great work!

    Pack and load was referred by PODs and they were extremely helpful all the way through my move from storage. The crew sent was awesome and did a great job packing 2 16 foot PODs. They were friendly and professional and took care of my belongings. I would highly recommend.

    The gentlemen were on time, worked carefully for the most part loading my POD. A few glitches in unloading were found, but no serious damage. My only complaint was them not using moving blankets on all wood furniture. I would stress that if I were to do it over. Plastic wrap does not equal moving blankets.

    The workers were early to our house, and loaded boxes and furniture with great care. We needed another Pod, and they returned the following morning and completed the backing in record time. They were friendly and fast, hard workers.Unloading was also exceptional; the crew was fast and very careful with all my treasures! They unloaded in record time, were very careful and handled the boxes and furniture with great care.

    Crews on the loading and unloading end were courteous and polite. The loaders were experienced with packing the *** and made sure that the items were packed tight and secured. The furniture itself was not damaged, but there were a few dings on the walls of the home that occurred during removal. The unloading crew were excellent. They moved furniture in the home from downstairs to upstairs without damage to walls or the furniture itself. They encountered an issue with the bed frame assembly, but they worked with me to resolve it and finish bed setup before they left. I would highly recommend *********** to others, and I will use them again.

    I hired the Pack and load crew to help us move and I was so impressed with their service that I gave the movers each a hefty tip for doing a tremendous job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with moving. they were polite, fast and very good at what they do. I was concerned that the number of items I had and possibly would not fit in the POD, but they were so amazing at loading that everything fit perfectly. Thank you Pack and Load!

    Pack & Load contracted ***************** LLC to perform our move. **** and his team arrived on time and did and introductions were made in a very professional manner. **** toured the house with us and informed my wife and I that the job should be completed within four hours. **** also informed us that we might need another 8 foot *** in order to fit all of our furniture. Ultimately, **** was correct and he helped us coordinate moving the balance of our furniture up to the *** center in **************, ***Overall, I would highly recommend ***************** LLC, and specifically, **** and his team. The guys worked hard during the entire duration of the move and took good care while packing our furniture, etc. Additionally, **** helped us quickly resolve issues as they arose. Great job by ********** team ****!!

    4 man crew loading our POD did a very good job. They were on-time and worked as a team to get our furniture and boxes loaded. Would be happy to have them as a load team again.
