    The folks that loaded my ***s were fantastic. The folks that unloaded were very good. I did not get an estimated time for their arrival and they called me when they were on location, but I was not at the location, because everything I owned was in the *** and I was staying with family. They seemed pressed for time because they had additional unloads to go to.

    All items packed and unpacked with no issues. All furniture and other items arrived intact. Not one glass broken! Staff was professional and courteous.

    We had a move in late September 2023 and the crew we had that day were amazing. It took 6.5 hours from beginning to end. Sadly in March of this year we had the exact belongings moved back to our house after a renovation was completed. This crew was not good. They argued amongst themselves, the team leader was not a good leader and this move to longer than 10.5 hours. Since then, March 28th I have called Pack and Load almost everyday that they are open to speak with a manager. Each time, I have been told the are not in, or they are busy, or you are third in line to be called. No one has reached out to me to discuss any solution.Be aware! If your crew is bad Pack and Load will play games and hope you will just go away.

    Setting up and scheduling was easy, team that showed up was very nice, helpful and considerate of our items while moving.

    Professional and courteous from start to finish, unload team took the stress off ** and handled our belongings as if it was their own. Job well done from arriving when scheduled (early) to finishing timely as anticipated including assembly of everything and the *********** rearranging and box placement!!!Thank you for a job well done!!! I highly recommend services offered by Pack & Load Services.D.S. (**) now GA ??

    The crew was perfect. Conscientious, quick working and very good at packing a POD. Room left to spare.We'll ask for the same team next POD.

    The two man crew did a great job with packing the pod. They were on time and worked diligently to pack everything we had into the pod. We were very satisfied with the service.

    We would definitely use *********** again! They were efficient, professional and curious. We received great service from beginning to end. They loaded us in Mass. and will unload ** in *******! We highly recommend them.
