5/19/23 AC12B852C7 $199.00 + $60.00 =$259.00 I ordered 1 bottle to try to see if it helped my COPD and beyond my control upon checkout, I discovered that I was billed for 3 bottles + capsules that I did not have the option of opting out of. I contacted the company immediately and received a discount offer. I have also written to them saying that I will return the package unopened and want a full refund. Their policy states that returns accepted at anytime if the consumer is not satisfied with the product. Attached documentation. I have since researched the complaints on this company and it looks like many many others have fallen into their trap. I had tried to stop the payment from going through, but that failed. My only income is $947 mo. I could deal with the $39.99 I thought I would be paying, not the $259. That is almost a third of my monthly income!Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I am not the only one they have pulled this stunt on. And the terms say that if I am not completely satisfied, that I can return anytime for any reason. I would like for them to send me the return address and I am more than willing to return the product at my cost. I want the equivalent of 1/3 of my monthly social security refunded to me ASAP!!! Their record on BBB and their reviews speaks for itself.

I am rejecting this response because: the bank resolved the dispute and the payment was made, as an be seen on my statement. The complaints regarding this scam are extremely numerous on BBB. They have given a full refund to others and I expect one also! They keep telling me that because my bank is involved that they can not honor their refund policy. ******** has washed their hands of this and approved their payments. They got their money and will not honor their return policy. From what I have now read of the reviews of this company, even if I hadn't filed a dispute, they still would not have accepted a return.

SCAM ALERT!Product does not work!Company REFUSES REFUND as they do not stand by their product or their advertisement!Company used celebrities and popular people to promote their product. Such a scam and fraudulent company. I immediately contacted my Bank to freeze payment because they charged more (fraud) than stated on website. Attempted to call and email the company (Biolyfe) for a cancellation and refund only to receive a phony phone number and no immediate response on email. After persistent and repetitive communication to Biolyfe* I received a notice from them that I would need to call my bank and have a 3-way call with them* me* and my bank in order to receive a refund. Long story short* company refused refund and after 30 days* refused to per-sue * even after 60 days* even though website stated* 100% refund if customer is dissatisfied. Regardless of my attempt* Biolyfe /Bioscience refused refund. I am on a limited budget* product did not work* and company did not support their product. It is a scam and fraud. I have since searched and read lots of customer complaints. I want my money refunded ($259.00)* plus no other person falls into their trap and scammed like me. I am a very reluctant and hesitant to fall for these type of products and promotions* but incorporating unsolicited celebrities in their marketing caused me to go out of my comfort zone and I am sure hundreds* if not thousands of other people have been affected. Let me say I am very disappointed with Bio Science. I am a disabled veteran on a fixed income. My health is not the best. I saw their advertisement for cbd gummies to improve your health. The price seemed reasonable. ***** for 2 bottles. Wow! Great deal I thought. So I ordered. Within an hour I looked at my account and there was and additional charge of ****** for another product I never ordered. I called them to say there was a mistake with my order. All I got was and employee saying there is nothing they could do because the order was pending. I told them I live on a fixed income and their additional charge ******** my account. Sorry. Sorry. I wanted a total refund because their add was misleading. Sorry. Sorry. I was so upset that this company that they took total advantage of me and my medical condition. I just want my money back. I saw an AD on ******** to try an introductory bottle of Keto gummies for $39.99, instead, I was charged $259.99 and received (6) bottles of gummies. Last month I was charged $199.99! No where in the AD, or the confirmation email was there any mention of a reoccurring subscription charge of $199.99. After searching for the company online and coming up with zero results, I located a phone number in the initial confirmation email. I called on June 16th to cancel the subscription and asked for a refund as the second package of products never arrived.The agent explained she could see the order shipped, and it was too late to cancel it. Furthermore, she explained upon receipt of the package to call back for a full refund and a label to send it back. Or, a full refund if the package never arrived. Guess what? The package never arrived. I called today and after getting zero support from the first representative, I asked for a supervisor. He was also refusing to provide a full refund. He proceeded to tell me to file a claim with the ***** I explained this would only result in a them filing a claim with this company; it's not like the **** would be refunding me. He went on to explain their policy is only 50% refund. Where is this published? There isn't a single website to be found, no links to click in the email, overall shady as hell!
