5 starsQuick process in getting the phone appraised and receiving offer. My flawless phone was accepted as flawless and I received the best offer as compared to other phone buy back companies. Had a little problem with Xfinity unlocking the phone, but that was an Xfinity issue and not BuyBackTronics. 5 starsI am extremely pleased with the buy back process. I had moved mobile service providers and once I paid off my iPhone 13 from previous carrier, i knew i wanted to sell it. I searched online the best place to sell used iPhone. This company was one of many that came up but the amount they were offering was about $100 more than the other company's. At first i was afraid that it was too good to be true but since i was in urgent need of funds i decided to go for it. I am so happy i did. The process was easy and straight forward. Only complaint was with *** as they could not locate my package for a few days. Thankfully everything worked out and BuyBackTronics processed my mobile device right away. 5 starsProcess was easy and efficient. Overall I would say between shipping times, approval and deposit for payment it took about 10 days. I called and spoke with someone on the phone to verify how I would be paid because I wasn't sure which method I had requested, Communication was good and they provided shipping materials and label.
