      Waste prorefused to pick up yard waste on alliance tr. On 8/17. They say it was too much. Not true, the drivers were very rude. I'm glad they're losing there contract. Good riddance.

      Since being in Volusia County I've never seen a trash company do as good as waste pro,you guys have some of the best employees

      I have been given incorrect information every time I call. First was told pick up is Mondays, called 3 times and was told that every time. Was told bulk items didn't need to be scheduled, had a chair at the curb for 3 weeks before being told actually, need to schedule and pay a fee. Did that and was scheduled for Monday. Guess what's still sitting at the curb Tuesday morning for the 4th week in a row. This company is awful and we will be requesting a refund since trash has been picked up twice in 5 weeks, and finding a company that actually provides the service we pay for. Customer service is awful as well, long wait times just to receive wrong info every time. After 15 minute hold today was told the item isn't at the curb, when I insisted it has been at the curb for 4 weeks they then said oops, our driver wrote down the wrong address. For 4 weeks? Seriously? And she laughed while telling me like it is somehow funny I am getting charged for services they are not providing.

      Waste Pro continuously fail to pick up recycle trash over the last 7 months. I have called at a minimum of once a month (which means they miss every other pick up) since the first of the year to have Waste Pro send a special truck out to pick the recycle up. Now after my numerous calls I notice that only my recycle is not being picked up on the block as if there is a retaliation against me for complaining. I have seriously started checking my house to make sure there is no vandalism since they have become petty by intentionally leaving only my recycle behind When I asked who I could file my complaint with the Customer Service person said, "I log the complaints." Last week (July 28th) I asked to speak to a manager and was told "Give me your name and number and they will call you back." I have yet to hear back. I think what bugged me even more is I had already been on the phone with the CSR providing my address and name to have the recycle picked up, but yet she didn't have any of my information and I had to give it again. They are not worthy of the one star that I gave them. Their service is horrible to the curb to the CSR's answering the phones. I guess at the end of the day, I want to know who's running the store? It appears it's been left unattended.

      I requested a new garbage can 9 months ago! Have yet to get a replacement. They tore the lid off, and took the lid. Now I have a big rain barrel. Terrible service!!!!!!

      It is not often you run to the garbage truck in the morning to say THANK YOU to the guys who take your trash away. A personal big thank you goes to driver Shawn and helper Mike (Truck #*******) who do an amazing job every week here in Northshore Estates at Ocean Crest in Palm Coast. With a great attitude and energy they drive along the street and make our streets clean again and again. Thank you guys and God bless!
