      As a new resident in Candler, I am extremely please with the recycling service I have received from driver Andy B and helper Joshua C., who collect the recycling on my street in truck 1478. Having recently moved into our home, I have placed dozens of broken down cardboard boxes on the street as my wife and I get settled in our home. I'm sure Andy and Joshua have had to manually load many of these boxes to remove them since there are too many boxes to fit in the recycling container. Andy and Joshua, you are a credit to your company and this wonderful community. Fred

      They keep skipping our street! This issue has happened SEVERAL TIMES. My husband called and left messages on Friday and Saturday. Called Monday, said they would be out that day, nope. Then they said they have 48 hrs which would mean today ( Tuesday) I guess since no one ever picked up Friday. Now their saying it won't be until Wednesday! We have a family of seven so you can imagine the garbage right? Something tells me their gonna drag *** until Friday rolls around again.

      Trash pickup is usually done in a timely manner and usually my cans are left closed and not blocking my driveway

      Tony is outstanding! We live on Enka Lake Rd in Candler; We got a doctor order so he comes to the house. Always, friendly and neat. People tend to treat people the way they are treated. I really don't understand all the negative reviews. This day and age nobody wants to work! TONY does and we are very appreciative! Maybe put a smile on and a handshake doesn't hurt either. It's a hard job with little reward. Good Job Waste Pro for being good with selecting your personal. Kudos to Tony!! See you next week!

      Worst business, deceitful office personnel. The trash pick up is great. The dishonest office personnal is where my issue lies. When signing up for waste pro I was never told there would be a $3 paper invoice fee, $12.75 environmental recovery fee, $21.17 fuel recovery residential fee. So my $79.68 waste pro trash pickup cost is actually $113.60 when you add all their fees which waste pro dors not tell you about. The office girl is a rude unprofessional employee. So they say I signed up for trash removal on 8/31/2022. I receive an invoice dated 9/20/2022 in the amount of $179.20. So waste pro makes you prepay three months ahead of time for their service. What a scam waste pro has going.

      Waste Pro is working very hard to help residents clean up after Ian. Their updates and information have been helpful. A special shout out to Cheryl in customer service. She was friendly and helpful. She even gave special praise to her guys on the road since they are working so hard. Now that's a team player!

      Paying for service that has not been picked up for over 2 1/2 weeks. All you get when you call is they will place the order to send a truck. I called every day this week and got the same answer except Friday the lady said she would let the manger know because other people on our road have called them also. This is a health hazard. The only reason they are getting a one star are for the poor ladies that have had to listen to all the complaints. I don't ever see a credit on my bill when they don't pick up.

      I apologize for resending my last review by accident. I, at this time would again send out my appreciation to Sharon ******* for following up with our last problem. For the first time since we moved to Tallahassee, Fl the waste pick up was completed very early, instead of later in the day.*Sharon is a complete, valuable asset to this company and would hope her work is recognized for her consistent same efficient, personable effort made every day.*Thank you, Sharon for Caring.*Sincerely, Michael *********P.S.
