1 starLousy service!!!!! This has been going on for over 3 months almost 4 months. Im constantly being missed on trash pickup. Everyone else trash is getting picked up but ours!!! *** contacted wastepro and now am advised that truck is slipping into a ditch on my road and thats why its not getting picked up. So now their solution is Im supposed to put my trash with a neighbor to ensure that it is picked up!! Unacceptable!!!! Im paying for your service!!! I expect for it to be picked up at my address, funny Ive been a customer with wastepro for over 5 years and never had a problem with a truck slipping in the ditch then!!! This is definitely the worst service I have ever encountered. You charge us 4 Mos In advance for a services you DO NOT SHOW UP TO DO. I am extremely disappointed in how there is poor communication skills with this company. They honestly should be shut down. I literally paid for 4 mos on advance for trash services 2x a week. Out of this whole month they shown up 3x and that was because I had to call and demand it. They never put us on schedule with any drivers route. I left 19 messages for a manager to call me not once have I got a call back. The girls that answer the phone other than BRANDY have been sassy and rude and refuse to help me get this settled. If I were you I'd run from this company. There are two other dependable companies in our area i hear that actually treasure their customers, have amazing customer service and actually show up to do the job without needing a call everytime demanding service for what we paid for. And I hear their management actually looks at their messages and returns calls. Whoever trained waste pro team should be fired. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!Waste Pro USA, Inc.

I asked my Waste Pro area company to schedule a pickup at my home address. The lady was kind enough to tell me the time and date for this pick up. On time and on the date promised Dean P. & Adam arrived and professionally assisted me in my efforts to haul away my pickup. These two employees represented Waste Pro well and earned my respect. Good Job.
I have had Waste Pro services at my home, for the last five years, and never once have thy been late in providing continued outside waste removal service for my family. 1 starThe Town of Matthews has Waste Pro for us residents and the services are lacking extremely.. Pick up times are usually between 5-6 pm every Thursday .. can’t use large plastic bags for yard waste only smaller paper ones.. hopefully its not raining the paper bags fall apart .
