NAVARRE, FL LOCATION: Why do I have to call their customer service to remind them that they need to pick up my trash that they are supposed to pick up on schedule to make sure they don't miss it over and over again? And the next week, they missed my trash again? They already changed their pick up to once a week. You would think that when a customer calls Waste Pro service multiple times to tell them to do their job that I'm paying them for, they would actually remind their truck drivers themselves to do their job and follow their routes/don't assume there's no trash to pick up.
Where is the quality control for this business? Who can hold them accountable for not providing BASIC service that they are getting paid for. You can't even switch to another business since they somehow monopolized the area. I just hope that one day, other business will be able to provide waste management service.

I call every single week because my recycling does not get picked up everytime I call them they tell me they’ll have someone pick it up by the end of the day which never happens I have to wait for my next recycling day to roll around and stand outside and wait for the drive because he refuses to do it. When you call the staff is absolutely no help and just rude. I’ve called almost every week for the past 8 months because it happens time and time again and nothing is ever doneWaste Pro USA, Inc.

You ever get that moment, where you just got stop and think about "Global Warning". How in the hell, could you not; it's hotter than a mother.....
I witnessed the most incredibly impressive shituation, in my entire life. I seen two Waste Pro employees; Rachel (driver) and Solomon, who was a working an off-schedule 311 call-back, on my block. These two Garbage Professionals, mitigated a problem, whereas, a Recycle Bid was being rejected, due to improper packing, on the part of a customer. They took a little time to help the customer to understand, the correct protocol for packing.
These two employees should be nominated and rewarded for taking only a small time to do something very great, while performing a service.
Thanks to Waste Pro, for caring about the thing that matters the most...

I live in Matthews, NC. The town recently changed to Waste Pro for trash & recycling service. When I received my trash roll out bin, I did not notice the missing caps on of both ends of the axle. When I tried to roll out the trash bin a wheel fell off. The next morning, I called Waste Pro. I was told someone would be out Thursday to fix it. They did not show up. I called two more times, I was told someone would be out. Nope no one came out or bothered to call me. I called Toter today ( the manufacturer of the roll out bin). They are sending me the axle caps I need. Bye the way, I originally asked Waste Pro to mail them to me, I was told they could not do that.

I paid $66 in advance for a trash can for six month service but I have not received it. Our trash is piling up attracting animals and vultures. I spoke with several reps including a supervisor but they have no answer for me. One rep stated that they were relying on a 3rd party. This is unacceptable. Health reasons, sanitation reasons and community reasons are all the reason for an escalation into this matter. Be aware of this company. I hope I can get my money back!Waste Pro USA, Inc.

The drivers for my neighborhood are the absolute best. On Fridays there are never stray trash cans in the middle of the road and every one of the is placed back in the yard they came from. Without asking, every week one of the drivers on the truck makes it his mission to bring my trash can back to the side of my house. Little does he know that small gesture means a lot. I called to report trash not picked this week and was advised that Waste Pro no longer serves Douglasville. Representative stated that it's been since June, but my last pickup was last week.
I have not received any correspondence about services ending.Waste Pro USA, Inc.
